This could be a great store, but there is never enough staff. Shelves are bare products still on dollies in every isle making it very difficult to get around and there is only one cashier at all times so you stand in line forever!

93614. Store. Is a complete disaster ,,bins always in isles you can barely shop,,let. Alone get your acrt down an isle. Prices. Are. Way too much.only a few,!if. That are rude. Don't care about what you need.the items that say on sale are buĺlcrap,,item was in wrong place ,etc,,,today I bought an item which clearly was 10 percent off of 15 dollars but the register. Said it was not , so I had to buy fuĺ price, that's so wrong,,happens all the time.only thing good is. It's location is conveinant,,,that's all.

They need more than 1 cashier. Takes 20 minutes to get out the store. Unacceptable.

They need to clean up ther isles. Public unable to get thru. Big mess ALWAYS. And check out is slow slow slow!! Not checkers fault. 2 other employees present yet not helping anyone. Checker came bk earlier from lunch so he cud help us out. Other 2 employees had zero intentions on helping out. Big long line

Never has milk. Always sold out. Pointless. These guys have the worst supply chain issues. Two or three times a week they will have completely sold out of common products. The next day you can't walk around the store because they have all of the products still sitting on the carts to restock. This place is grossly understaffed and the employees are always very touchy because they are put in positions where they can't help the customer. Is a very mismanaged operation. That is very unfortunate because in this community we don't have a lot of options. It's sad to see something run so poorly that could benefit the community so much. Just go to Oakhurst or Coarsegold, it not worth the guessing game if they have the basics.

Always low stock on everything and empty shelves, and even with 4 employees there only 1 will work the register making for long alow lines.

I live in Coarsegold… we are so blessed to have a local Dollar General…. But…. The store is a constant mess. You can’t shop the isles are full… products are all over the floor and there are not enough employees to fix the mess…..if you can’t keep the store stocked you should address this problem…. It has continued since opening

we are regulars at this store. We shop here quite often, but this is got to be the worst I've ever seen the store. They've had roll trainers of milk and frozen foods just sitting in isles going to waste. They left him there for days he can't find nothing on the shelves because there's so many roll Tanner's on the floor to trip hazard. It's a safety hazard, we usually enjoy the employees here because they're so helpful and sweet but they have pushed these people out to name a few with Melina , Sydney Melissa, James the list goes on if you were to look in the back rooms you can't see the doors the fire exits. It smells horrible in there , a lady name Sherry supposedly is assistant manager. She's always out smoking and doesn't seem to do anything around there. Rumor has it she's a thief, so future business is the lookout for this one. I do not suggest the store, and if you do enter with caution and help me out and call the fire department. This company is a joke . They don't hire people to work never any hours to work. I've been in there where there was only one person working and they had no idea how to do returns or voids and told people to come back when someone else could help them

Worst dollar general ever. Always have full aisles empty multiple weeks at a time. Go up to oakhurst and save your frustration
