It's one of two drugstores in town. This one has a drive-thru which is a plus. The limited pharmacy hours is a downer, but the town doesn't offer much & I think the city council planning dept like to keep it that way. Hey at least you know there's one in The area

I usually have good experience in Walgreens Coalinga branch. But now I can say they're incompetent and just plain lazy. I keep telling them my RX had been modified and now taking it 2x a day but still insisting it's too soon to get a refill without reading the order carefully both in person and in text. Went drive thru 2x arguing & calling my doctor so they get it right. I guess they did not call my doctor to verify or at least read the prescription order, wasting my time. Finally I told this guy yesterday, so you just not going to refill my Rx, because I don't know what to tell you, my medication last dose is tomorrow. He then looked at the screen more seriously, then said "oh you're getting it 2x a day. I told him, I've been telling you all along and you are insisting that it's too soon. He then said it will be ready in 1 hr. Viola 1 hr became 24hrs. They finally refill my Rx and told me, " you're getting it 2x/day now instead of 1x/day. Wow!!! Isn't that wonderful!!

I went in the morning to pick up a photo order and I asked her for my poster size order the employee girl answered in a rudely matter that their machine for poster size wasn’t working. Ok I understand things happen but she could of said in a nicer way. Plus how was I suppose to know that there wasn’t no sign stating it was broken. She was really rude this is the second time she answers like that. It was on Saturday 5/21/22 at 11:00am. Be nicer !!!’

What kind of pharmacy doesn't stock antibiotics? I've been awaiting lab results to see if I have a UTI. My doctor called Saturday morning to inform me that he called in a prescription for me. Walgreens then sends me a text saying they are out of that med and needs to order more. Then tells me they will let me know when they receive it. Still waiting!!! Train your staff how to inventory your stock.
