Service: 1 I waited 10 minutes before I left. The lady in the front was too busy talking to her friend on speaker. She did try to get off the phone with him multiple times but continue asking him questions about a doc she was trying to access. When I finally decided to leave she came after me. By that time I was already annoyed.

It's frustrating when your car doesn't pass smog. I have a 2012 Mazda 6, and the code that kept appearing was that there was a Evap Leak and so we took it to a mechanic that couldn't figure out the problem. He insisted that it didn't have a leak and had us purchase a gas cap from the dealership, that didn't work. He kept insisting that we needed to do a drive cycle. I then reached out to see if I'd qualify for a Voucher from California to get another mechanic shop to fix the issue and I wouldn't have had to pay out of pocket. I qualified for $850 We then took it to Continental Auto Repair and they said "there is nothing wrong w your car" it just needs a drive cycle. In my head it made sense because both mechanics were saying the same thing. But what is a drive cycle? Lol. My boyfriend Carlos said I'm gonna go talk to Gustavo at Vegas Auto Shop and he gave us a really good quote. After having my car for a week, we got good news!!! He not only got it to pass smog but he replaced a hose where the leak was and replaced the air flow sensor. At this point, I didn't care what I had to pay I just wanted fixed. They are all Super friendly there, the receptionist is friendly and communicates well. She knows a-lot about vehicle's. I definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I'm very happy to have my car back.
