“I pulled off I-5 in Coalinga with a horrible sound coming from beneath my car. I contacted AAA, who called J&D/Joshua's Towing to come out to me. I expected it to take quite a while since I needed to be towed 120 miles away. Andre showed up in about 30 minutes (I was parked in a safe location). He called first to ensure I was safe and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I attempted to drive my car onto the truck, and he stopped me. He told me that I did not have a bad wheel bearing, as I had thought, but that there was a large plastic piece underneath the engine which had come loose and was dragging on the ground, causing the noise. He got down on the ground and pulled the piece off, then found some zip ties to tie up the remaining piece so that it wouldn't drag and sent me on my way with a big smile. I couldn't have asked for better service or a nicer guy! Andre went way above and beyond what was required of him, saved me a 120 mile tow, and did it all with a smile. I would highly recommend using J&D/Joshua's Towing and I hope you guys get Andre as your tow driver!”
