“On our trip through California, from San Francisco to San Diego, the air conditioning in our rental car unfortunately refused to work when the outside temperature was over 45 degrees. Luckily we came across this workshop, where we were immediately warmly welcomed by a friendly older lady. She immediately called the mechanic, who immediately took care of our car.
The air conditioning was refilled and it then worked perfectly again. We spent about 2-3 hours in the workshop and had the pleasure of meeting really nice people. The mechanic was kind enough to lend us his own car so we could drive to the nearest Starbucks and grab some refreshments for everyone.
Despite the circumstances, everything went smoothly. We received a decent bill for the rental car company and the overall service was excellent. A real highlight of our trip! Many thanks to the team - it's nice to meet such nice people like you. Kind regards from Austria!”
