I got a broken wheel driving to Los Angeles and the owner, Juan, opened his shop up after hours to get me back on the road. Great service and great people.

Juan's super helpful. Broke down at night on the 5 between SF and LA and he helped order specialty tires to get in the morning. He also helped me find a hotel down the street and gave me a great price and got me back on the road quick.

To start off if u get a flat or your car brakes down on interstate 5 the tow truck driver will take u here like it’s set up like that they ended up putting 4 new tires which were two different sizes front were 235/45/17 the back 225/45/17 they were suppose to be name brand tires instead done cheap off brand not to me to mention two different brands! They were supposed to do synthetic oil change and alignment which were not done I had to wait to get back home and took it to a real shop and they took care of me! The owner Juan and his assistant Cali (Juan) are liars and thieves . I didn’t notice all this because I picked up my car at night ! When I confronted them they blamed each other no refund at all nothing to make it right ! This place will rip you off BEWARE YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN WARNED THIS SHOP IS CROOKED and I feel obligated to tell you guys the truth !!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!’

Worst place to take your car Juan and his assist Cali are both untrustworthy. They took my money and put 235/45/17 in the front and 225/45/17 in the back they were supposed to do a synthetic oil change it never was done alignment also wasn't done! When I confronted them they both were blaming each other , they refused to make it right or refund me so I had to resource time this leaving an honest review to let other people know these guys are thieves !!! If u get a flat on the interstate 5 going north DO NOT GET TOWED HERE !!!! The tow truck driver probably has a deal with this crooked shop to take as much people there as possible to rob them ..YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

My car showed an emergency sign saying that there was a malfunction with my battery and my car would shut down at any moment unexpectedly. I took my car to NAPA to check the battery and alternator and my alternator wasn't holding charge. I had to take it to an auto shop but non of the auto shop had alternators in stock. So I went to AUTOZONE to pick up an alternator. Not once did anyone ask to check my car to see if I needed to get an alternator change or if something else was wrong with my car. I went to Guzman but they couldn't help me because the owner wasn't there to calculate the labor cost. I waited at Vega for 10 minutes while the lady in the front was trying to get off the phone with a friend who happened to start helping her figure out how to open an adobe doc so I walked out. When I finally stopped by American Tires the two gentleman asked me how did I know it was the alternator. They took a look at my hood and said I was missing a serpentine belt. Instead of a $500 fix it only cost me $95 in labor and $11 for the belt (which I purchase at AUTOZONE) They were honest and did the job quickly.

This place takes way too long to get ur car fixed my radiator broke down first it was only going to b a week but it ended up taking 3 weeks n charged me almost 500 dollars just for that. Don’t waste ur time going to this place people…

Juan is always there for your, he never says no, and has always gotten the job done. His shop may seem small but everyone there is ready to work and they get it done. Any numerous times I have been down to his shop I am back up and running within a couple hours with the best price around.

My husband selected this business to replace a windshield so we would not have to go out of town to do it. Dropped off my vehicle on a Weds, when the owner said he could do the job and processed the insurance claim. Multiple calls for follow ups with no responses, gave him some space because it seemed like he had a lot of other jobs and appears to work alone. A couple days later I mentioned my situation to a co worker who shared her bad experience also. Needless to say I should of pulled my vehicle out that shop as soon as possible. Today 7 days later I stopped by and my car was in same place with windshield still not replaced. I don't know much about this business man but for sure he might be bitting more than he can chew. He has multiple jobs lined up or just a lot of vehicles in his premises and outside. My recommendation is don't use this shop unless you have another vehicle to get around with. Can't say much about his work because he didn't keep his commitment.

Best hospitality and customer service!!! Especially during these times! I had a flat tire in the early evening and I was put in touch with Juan. He was able to look for my type of tires and open his store early at 8am for me as I needed to get on the road fast to make it to my cousins college graduation. Also he did not overcharge me or price gauged me as I was stuck in a new town and he was there to help. He actually gave me a deal! Its great to know that small town hospitality still exists and Juan is a trusted person that makes sure your car is safe when driving. Thank you....
