I been banking with Wells Fargo for 12 years now, and I rarely step in to a branch, when I do my needs are always met but this last visit to Coachella Branch, I got exceptional service, I had to ask the teller for her name which is Abby Arias, because I was extremely satisfied with her help. I was glad she made my experience bittersweet because the wait time at this location is ridiculous

On 6/29 I went inside I needed to deposit 2000 in cash .their is a machine inside so I decided to used it to my surprise the machine kept saying scanning scanning it reach all the way to 1600 then just got jammed and I tell this lady all she said was I needed to called the member that was provided in the machine. Until this other person made a report so the machine only print me a paper saying the the time I was in and my account # but nothing about my money …today is 7/9. And still nothing solved. Still waiting for my 2000 to be deposited I decided to use the machine because I used the altura machines that are located outside the building and that machine even tells you the amount deposit by separating them never have an issue and they can’t read them is sends back to you. Which I was hoping that well Fargo would have done that.. I NÉED HELP

I’ve been standing here in line for almost 20 minutes and 10 people waiting in front of me to get to a teller. The bank only has 2 tellers at the moment helping people. This branch is a joke when it comes to customer service. This is a reoccurring problem at this branch. Even after the customers are expressing their concerns about having to wait for such a long time. The he branch still refuses to accommodate the customer request for more teller’s. You have employees standing around just talking to each other, while everyone else has to wait for them to get back to work. You can expect to waste at least a half hour minimum to do anything inside this location.

Made an appointment. I waited patiently for them to call me. Other people kept walking in and cutting me in line. The representative did not checked to see who was next in line on the mobile app. They should check the mobile app if they are not going to respect the order like before with the paper sign-in.

ATMs are never functional... It's ridiculous how often these ATMs are out of services. I constantly have to keep finding myself going to different locations. No point in the ATMs if they are non functional 75% of the time after closing. Location does nothing for the community except cause frustration.

My wife and I went in for an appointment to open a business checking account. We had to wait one day to get someone to schedule the appointment in the first place. We showed to the scheduled appointment 10 minutes early (apt. was at 11:00am) and we waited for a representative for 25 minutes after 11am. We are used to dealing with professionals and we just couldn't do business with irresponsible unprofessional people. We decided to leave since nobody showed. As we are walling out the receptionist (greeter) says "so you are not going to wait" - like if is our duty to please the workers of this branch. That comment was the cherry on top. I highly advise that you all try Bank of America or Mechanics Bank, avoid this Branch at all cost.

These people are not helpful at all. My dad had an appointment with them and they asked him for proof of ID. He stepped out to get his ID from the car and they told him they could not see him anymore and he’s have to make an appointment again. The earliest appointment was 3 weeks from now. USELESS!
