I had to get a PO Box recently and wasn’t looking forward to the inconvenience. I have been very impressed, however, by the veteran staff at the Coachella Post Office on 6th Street. Daniel, Sophia, Geronimo, and Kemberly are very professional and friendly. Even when there is a line out the door, I always receive service with a smile, first-name greetings, and concern for my well-being. This location may be the one of the last of the true neighborhood businesses that we are losing so rapidly nowadays.

I’m so annoyed with this postal mail company. I had a packaged delivered yesterday when I was outside cleaning my car and I saw the mail lady going to houses but she didn’t come to mine. I called to ask where my package was at and they told me it was dropped off at a house next to mine but that house is gated completely and there’s no way of getting in it since it’s getting demolished. They called the lady who supposedly dropped of my package and she came and told me she dropped it off and I told her she did not because I was outside when she was delivering mail and not once did she come around. She then said “ oh okay” and left. I still haven’t received my package. This is not the first time this has happened

Lately my mail from here has been tampered with and Today One of my packages was ripped and the contents stoled out of my mail box in my apartments. I don’t understand because each mailbox is locked with its own key for each residence. I don’t understand how the carrier thought it was okay to leave my Ripped up letter in my mail box with no consideration? How is it okay that the carrier can rip my letter and take what’s inside? I demand the your company checks its employees because this is unacceptable. My stuff was stolen by your workers. Now I have to wait to get money to buy another product that your Incompetent Employees couldn’t handle with care. It’s baffling how irresponsible your mailmen are. Horrible service.

rude and bad customer service. I asked for about 4 inches of tape just to tape a part of the box that already had tape but was falling apart and they wanted to sellMe a 5 dollar tape like if they don't have any to help out the customer. I had to leave and get my stuff shipped at a ups instead.
