Wish I could give negative rating. They call it best dates under the sun,I ate a few and had to spit it out immediately there is some black mould inside tasted like dirt.How can you sell such degraded stuff?

Had an issue with some dates and I reached out to the company. I got a VERY quick response, and then Sun Date went above and beyond my expectations in their remedy, even explained to me what happened.And without a doubt, these are THE BEST dates I’ve ever used in my recipes. A+++++++ God bless

I like to eat dates as dessert, but while removing the pit, I discovered some of the dates had BLACK MOLD growing in them ? so dangerous!!

Sun Date mailed me an 11 lb box of premium organic dates. The dates were of extremely high quality, and extremely moist. I am very happy with their product and great service.Regards, Mohammed I

I have been eating sundates for years now. I buy them at the local Costco. Over the last 6 months I have seen a significant deterioration in the quality of there dates. Anywhere from 5-10 dates per package are spoiled and rancid. I hope they can fix this problem but I will not be patronizing there products anymore.

I purchased Sun Date dates at a local supermarket at end of April 2020. Within the first few days of May 2020, I opened the package to see that the dates were contaminated. There was a white powdery substance that covered them. I contacted Sun Date through their website's contact form, but didn't get a response. I tried once more, but no response. On May 12th, I emailed them (including a photo of the dates) using their main email address, but, again, received no response. On May 15th, I gathered all of the email addresses listed on the Sun Date website and emailed each one. I finally heard back from 2 reps. I responded to the second rep, letting him know that one of his colleagues had just gotten back to me. I corresponded with the first rep who requested a pack code from the packaging. I sent it to him and he confirmed that he'd received the code and that I'd receive a gift box of dates to replace the one I had to discard. It's now over 2 weeks later and I've received nothing. I've emailed him twice, but he's no longer responding to my emails. That's the last time that I purchased Sun Date products. They clearly don't stand behind them!Update: A few days after my post, the dates were delivered to my home.
