If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I don't understand how they're doing their job when most of the time, they're on their phones. I went into the office, there were 3 girls, and they were on their phones. I had to physically walk up to one to be acknowledged. Besides that, they're bad at what they do. They never know how to answer questions and it's like they don't communicate with each other. I went two days, back to back, and one girl told me one thing when it came down to my policy, and the second day, the second girl told me "what she (the first girl) said doesn't really count". Horrible business, if you can even call it that. I'm surprised they're still open.

Best place to pay your registration, there is a fee for the service, but I was out in less than 10 minutes no need to wait in line.
