3 hr wait time for prescription

Why do they want the phone if they don't answer at the pharmacy! They are life or death things!! And they don't answer, you need the medicine for today, not tomorrow... from Cathedral I'm going to see in person a medicine that they could have given me if they had answered the phone. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and they have 3 cars in the driveway and 3 people in line inside. Obviously I arrived and they didn't give me the antibiotics that I ocubamaos… why do they want a phone??? There is my son with pneumonia and dying of fever but since it is not his son. It's worth it!!

I always like the girls at the pharmacy they always nice and helpful...but I can't say the same about the Pharmacist the fat lady with English accent I mean she can be nice nothing cost to be kind I hope she retire soon??
