Attention RV'ers. I had a problem with a valve stem on one of the rear tires on our International chassis Super C dually. Went to Pete's Road Service in Coachella (they have other stores around SoCal). Oralado, the manager, expertly diagnosed the problem and had a fix – but he also recommended a better long-term solution. Francisco did the work. I really appreciated that he got the TPMS units reinstalled in the right positions with care. Inside of two hours (without an appointment, though I can’t say that usual) they had me back on the road. That was such a relief because we had to have it fixed prior to leaving the next day on our road trip home. Overall a super experience. Hat’s off to Orlado and his team.

Met Pete's Road Service at the Quartzsite RV show and appreciated their straight forward, now pressure approach when selling their services. Jim provided a clear and concise quote for 6 motorhome tires, which after installation was to the penny accurate without last minute charges. Juan and the two installers were incredibly professional when installing the tires. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was pleased to see them use all of the safety devices provide (PPE, jackstands, tire cages, etc.). Pete's Road Service appears to be a fair and honest organization. Highly recommend them.

Only place around that had 15 inch 6 hole trailer wheel!! And referred us to a place down the street that had the right size of wheel studs! We had been looking everywhere and had them on order at Napa!! Had the tire on the wheel and new studs in 20 mins. Great place and will never forget them!!! Thank you Pete"s in Coachella!!

Had RV tires replaced in Quartzsite AZ I got a good price and they came to the park and changed them. Everyone was very nice.

Oraldo the manager spend probably over an hour on the phone with the Michilen warranty department to help resolve a tire warranty issue. Oraldos focus on customer service went above and beyond and insured that I will do business with Pete’s tires and recommend them to my friends.

It's nice to call for a service and not get jerked around. Called for tire service and they were Johnny on the spot, everyone else just gave me the wave. Very fair prices. The person that came out was very professional and courteous. All of there equipment was very well kept.

I had wheels and tires installed on my truck today, and I was very impressed with how helpful and friendly staff was. I ordered my parts online, and failed to realize that I needed a different size lug nut for my new wheels. Oraldo, the manager, immediately sent out an employee to purchase a set nearby, and I wasn't waiting long at all. Everyone was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and I walked out the door with a smile on my face. Thank you! Very happy new customer.

They were very accommodating when we thought we had a brake issue when coming thru town. He unfortunately only had one mechanic that afternoon and we weren’t in dire straits so we kept on but would have loved to have them service since they took the time. He could have easily over sold and scared us into staying and waiting. Seemed like a real nice group
