I am not one to write a review but I had to because the service I received from Moon Vally Nurseries in Coachella was exceptional.We had been looking at olive trees at several different nurseries and couldn't find one that checked all the boxes. We decided to try Moon Valley while we were out in La Quinta (the tree was for our house in OC). I didn't think we would find anything or that it would be worth our while to try and have the tree brought that far. Boy was I wrong!! Our sales person Debbie was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She found us exactly what we wanted at the price we were willing to pay.Then came the day of our delivery. It was so easy and flawless. Joel Ramos who was in charge communicated every step of the way. The planting crew did a great job!! The tree looks amazing. Joel took extra time to go over all the steps moving forward that we need to make sure the tree stays healthy.I would highly recommend the Coachella location. We were very glad we did!!!

When I think of Moon Valley Nursery I think of gorgeous specimen trees, but with the help of John Archuleta and Austin Purdy at the Coachella Valley location I discovered they offer the most incredible rose selection as well. We now have long stemmed white and yellow roses almost year round. They make beautiful bouquets that stay fresh for 10 days. I highly recommend you add some of this beauty to your life!

We just happen to be passing by and took a look at the large nursery. We walked around and were amazed at their large selection of fruit trees. Friendly service, they explained about the trees, planting & their care. Their plant insurance is pretty comprehensive. We had them plant our trees in the backyard and their service was very professional. I recommend.

Debbie R. was our sales rep., she was knowledgeable, informative and a huge help to us in determining which plants would suit our yard & environment. She was quick to return phone calls and when 2 plants did not work out, she gracefully refunded us without a problem. I recommend Debbie - she gets 5 Stars!

We use to pass the Fallbrook location for many years, never stopped by. Now that my sons new home needs landscaping, off to Moon Valley Nursery at the CoachellaLocation. This location was extremely well maintained, selection that is unbelievable and value, paired with staff that's very helpful and knowledgeable. It was made with professional gardeners to the home improvement customers (young to extremely old) in mind. They offer delivery and planting. I would suggest you, your family and friends stop by and see for yourself. Debbie Ramirez was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. You don't get that level of customer service at ANY "Do it yourself center" Debbie Ramirez

Debbie and the crew at Moon Valley Nurseries made my landscaping experience fun & effortless. Debbie helped me pick out desert trees, agave and cacti for our Indio yard. Kico made sure everything was all prepped for planting day. Sergio and his courteous, hardworking crew installed these plants beautifully. My husband & I are very happy customers.The 0% for 12 months was the cherry on top. Thank you!!!

Harrison was amazing to work with, he listened to my ideas and let me know when something wouldn't do well in our zone/area. In the end I love the design he created for our front and back yard, it will provide joy and shade for years to come!

I had great service at the nursery and the selection is vast. The delivery service was amazing. I helped find the best angles for my trees during planting.Moon Nursery is doing follow ups to make sure that I am happy.

We were very happy with our experience with Moon Valley nurseries. Debbie Ramirez came to the house and helped us pick out plants that would do well where we needed plants, we met her at the nursery and she drove us around to pick out our plants, the quality of the plants here are great. A few weeks later our plants were delivered. We’re very happy with our new cacti, acacia and Pygmy date palm. Joel Ramos and his team did an amazing job, they were extremely professional, polite and worked very hard to make us happy and everything looks great. There was a bit of a hiccup with a pool pipe being cracked where we wanted a Yucca planted but Joel identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Overall we’re very pleased with the quality of the plants, the knowledge and expertise of desert plants and the way everything was installed. We will definitely recommend Moon Valley to our friends and use their services again.
