my dad went in today to go pay his phone, i don’t know who he talked to but they refused to let him pay because he was paying with cash. they told him it was a new rule and he had to pay with card. who turns away a customer wanting to pay their bill? very bad customer service!

They always close before it should be today we went a few minutes before 5 and it was already closed and on the schedule it says that they close at 6:30 we asked the girl who serves and she said that that schedule is only during the week but we have gone several times during the week and it's the same a little before 5 it's already closed I don't know if they don't have a handler there but it's not a pleasure there are times when you can't get there for work and you arrive minutes before and they already have the doors closed I think that If one arrives before closing time they must attend

Buy a phone and get scammed they'll hook you up and charge you for all accessories that they say are included with the phone they'll catch you by surprise got scammed so hard I thought my phone bill was included come to find out I payed for all accessories they never told me I was gonna pay for it if they would have told me I wouldn't have bought the phone I tried to return it explained to her that she never told me about paying for accessories she simply said there in no refund so yea I got robbed

Horrible! They never help with phone issues, eventhough i bought it there and they charge for insurance when i said no! They always send me and my friends to other locations because they don't want to touch our "dirty" phones. so rude.

For a phone that should cost bout 100 they charge you like 200 for a simple cover i have paid $25
