I've purchased a unit in Luxtor inter second phase. Awesome place. Fully air-conditioned, Insulated with painted floors. Amazing how clean my 2023 Newell stays inside the unit with the dust storms. They are finishing the last phase now. Cannot recommend Luxtor enough. Definitely a hidden gem in the valley.
