We have been with this family pharmacy for years now and I love it!! From Heritage to La Botica as of two months now! Excellent service and I am completely fascinated by our delivery driver, Samantha, she is absolutely amazing!! Please remember to always tip your drivers!!

I HIGHLY recommend this little pharmacy. I needed to go to the Urgent Care (UC) the other day in the same plaza and had prescriptions that needed to be filled. There was a mistake made by the UC in where my prescriptions would be sent and CVS was going to take a couple days to fill them. The UC recommended I let them resend the request to fill my prescriptions to the La Botica Health Mart Pharmacy a couple buildings down and although I was hesitant because I had never heard of this pharmacy, i said yes and i am so glad i did!! They had my prescriptions filled in 30 minutes! Just in time for me to grab a quick bite to eat at a restaurant nearby as I waited. The staff at the pharmacy were so kind and the Pharmacist Chandra was perfect! He made calls to confirm my insurance and even called the CVS to cancel them from filling my prescriptions there so I could pay La Botica. Chandra even stayed after the pharmacy had closed and the employees went home just to ensure I was taken care of and would make it home with my much needed medicine. Now THAT is EXCELLENT Customer Service and truly caring, compassionate, and devoted people. Thank you so much Chandra for caring so much for my health and your job!! 11 out of 10!

I went to get a Covid test not long ago a worker by the name of Adrian was really helpful and nice if I ever need another Covid test I know where to go and they provide you with Covid medication as well really good service

Mike was the best!! I always use this Pharmacy not only are they friendly, professional, helpful staff but the service is the best of all pharmacies in the valley. My wife and I needed a covid test for a trip through Canada. We walked in, got a test, and walked out with all the documentation we needed for travel in less than 45 minutes. The staff provided friendly service at a lot less cost than those rapid test sites.
