I love going there the girls are very hospitable and very entertaining when working with us and getting us pampered. The girls are super patient with our special needs child and others that go there they treat them with dignity & respect.

I love the staff I recommend going there but just be careful with who you are cutting your hair with because I got cut twice by a employee with red hair so if you get her and she tells you to stay still and you do stay still but get cut tell Karla or someone else but still amazing staff and amazing quality and I loved the guy named Pablo I loved how he cut my hair absolutely amazing.

Don’t go to PAOLA to do your hair! I asked for light brown hair. I specifically told her please don’t use bleach I don’t want to bleach my hair again.( I have had highlights like two years ago and it damages my hair) I requested only color! I understand there was no way to get my hair lighter unless it was bleached so I wasn’t asking for a miracle either just dying my hair that’s it. Well I believe she did use bleach in my hair because my hair is orange now not brown but orange. When she dyed my hair, my hair was purple color tone and it was like a shampoo consistency idk if that’s the way it’s supposed to look but now my hair is orange and Dry! I don’t see why a hairstylist would do this to anyone!. I did go back the very next day and asked her to fix it she said she did but my hair is still orange!.

Horrible place. My mother just walked out of there crying. She kept making comments to the lady about how she looked like a total different person and she had left it too short, and lady said “just go home and shower, and it’ll look all better”. Aren’t you suppose to love your hair walking out of a salon. went in for a trim to have upper back length hair, and my mom walked out with a haircut exposing the back of her neck thats how short the cut is. The saddest part isn’t the cut… that grows back…. but my mother now is embarrased going out in public! who can repair her emotional well being, not even a refund can do so.Service: Haircut

I came here 04/26/20 to get my hair dyed for the first time and to get a hair cut. Since the moment I stepped in the business the girls asked me what I wanted, the time it would take, the cost and everything! The girl who did my hair was Karla (I don't think it was the owner though) she had a conversation while I was there for 3 hours and made me feel comfortable. Since it was my first time putting dye on my hair (my hair is naturally black) it was a struggle for my hair to get the color it took a whole hour of adding color for my hair to pick it up and she was patient and didn't give up until it came out how I wanted it. I highly recommend any one come here to get hair cut, dye your hair or get your hair styled they're really good!!!
