This review is for the pharmacy, they never have medications ready. It can take days. I came to pick up meds and they said to come back in 30 mins, they had never started making it from the day before when it was sent to them. Then i come an hour and a half later to be told that theyre not ready. I tell them that i was told 30 over an hour ago and they hang up on me through the intercom and i just hear them laughing. I am pressing the “call” button to ask when theyll be ready and they keep laughing not answering. Very unprofessional.

If you value your time don’t come to this location they are super understaffed you cannot get any help. There’s never anyone to check out your items and only one self checkout. Pharmacy is also understaffed had to wait like almost hour to pick up an Rx that was already filled!

I went to pick up my prescription and I make an stop on Walmart I just arrived at home and I was going to take my prescription and I noticed that I am missing 3 pills. I called the pharmacy to ask them about it and Brianna got the phone back and she said that she count the pills and her count is clear and that I’m not missing any pills I told her that I haven’t took any pills yet and she insisted that they fill the prescription with the right amount. I know that it would be hard to believe but is a control medication so I am concerned that if I haven’t take a pill there’s only one option in here the pharmacist is lying.CVS Coachella Brianna

Worst cvs pharmacy to get prescription. I suggest you all go to the Indio location on Jefferson and avenue 50. They provide better and faster service.

Drive up personnel, even after you ask to check the other store on Jefferson, are to lazy to check. Those are words from the other store. Indio staff ALWAYS say they checked but they are lying.

Insurance won't cover medication and pharmacist refuses to use good Rx for pain meds. There's a database that collects all controlled pain prescriptions so there's really no difference in goodrx vs insurance it's on RECORD regardless. Also I've been using cvs for a while and they have my records on file on medication frequency.

They make you wait for a prescription to be ready and when you ask for it again when they said it'll be ready they tell you the same thing over again, waste of time!!

Took way to long for them to provide a pcr test. We waiting in the drive through window 30 minutes for them to provide a testing kit that is self administered. That's inappropriate considering we had a reservation. At this rate they can administer 2 tests an hour. Get it together cvs.

It’s decent went to the pharmacy to check In for my Covid vaccine but they do not even accommodate you I had to get in the prescription line to get helped understaffed supposedly but like they could at least put a sign to let people know I was standing for a good 10-15 minutes.

My problem is with the drive thru for prescriptions. This happened to me twice on Saturday I get there like around 20 minutes to closing and they have the security gate down and when I ask them both times they say the system is down. What a coincidence! Very annoyed!

Went to get my order for magnets and the staff could not find the order. They were searching through a cabinet and a bunch of other orders that were not even in seperate bags with their order number. My notification said that it is required to have your order number ready but they only asked me for my name. The pictures did not even come out that great. One image was taken with a better camera then the other but the low quality camera photo came out better. The higher quality camera photo looked as if the image slipped while being printed and has a line around the photo contents, plus, who ever cut the image and placed them on the magnet has really bad cutting skills. Poor photo quality, poor customer service, and unorganized.

My dad went in for this 2nd dose of the vaccine and the woman administering him the vaccine had the audacity to question his age and assume that he was lying with his age in order to get the vaccine and had the nerve to tell him “No you’re not, let me check” and went to her computer to check. Seriously? If he made it past the check in, where he has to hand his I.D. In order to get COVID vaccine card filled, why would he lie? This is utterly disrespectful. She chose to treat him as a liar. It’s already difficult for someone to be brown and not be able to speak English but when you’re own town disrespect you like that, it hurts even more.I’m never coming here again. I was treated way better in Palm Desert
