I was looking for Traeger turkey blend pallets at 6:30pm on a Wednesday evening by the time arrived to the store it had just locked its doors but Ryan saw me and let me in to get my pallets and was nice as well as the cashier Priscilla. I am blown away with the service and the kindness. Neither of them knew me and could have easily said sorry we are closed but instead they helped me. Saved my Christmas dinner since I live in Blythe which is an hour and a half drive away. I’ll gladly be back to shop here again

It is such a pleasure to walk into the store and be greeted by the employees in such a warm and sincere manner. I called to see if they had a sump pump in stock, and there was one in the store. I told them I was on my way to get the sump pump, and they had it waiting for me at the counter . Very kind people.

They have Milwaukee toos here ?? so that's a plus. They also carry most plumbing material here so always nice to pick things up here instead of driving all the way to homedepot.

Smaller Ace Hardware store. Nevertheless, they seemed to have a good stock of hardware, lawn trimmers, tools, and grills . Nice people too.

ACE Hardware (Coachella) had the item I needed in stock and at a good price. However, I found it hard to find the item and although there were a lot of employees around, I was never greeted, or asked if I needed any assistance. A few of the employees looked to be engaged in personal conversations with friends who came in the store.Still overall a positive experience.

Just went in to get my Amazon deliveries which was right in the front of the store. Helpful employees there that showed me where the Amazon lockers were.

Thank you so much Josh, for holding a bottle of Bonide Sulfur Fungicide for me when I had to make sure it was in stock before driving all the way there from my town an hour away. I just picked it up! Excellent customer service!!! ;)
