very friendly and caring, helped correct a problem with my phone. the old man was very sweet and i would definitely go again. they actually care and it seemed that they genuinely wanted to solve my problem.

Beware, for those upgrading their phones to the new SIM card. I recommend activating your new SIM card over the phone instead of going to a Boost location. The guy at this location charges $10 per phone to activate, which is highway robbery. Makes no sense to charge for something that can be done for free over the phone.

Old guy a thief and over charges for phone. Beware they dont take returns even though the receipt says refundable returns within 30 days and when confronted about threatens to call the cops SMH

Good phones and good phone service budget prices and phones at reasonable prices and they have the best customer service, i went there one time because mi iphone 4 was acting up and they fixed it up in less than 10 minutes and they didnt even charge me which was the best part, so far the phone i bought from their still works so its amazing i definitely recommend you get a phone here with unlimited service to have the fastest data carrier out their! :D

He always wants to sell me a phone by force. He even told me to get my credit card out to purchase a iphone which is not what I asked for all I went for was to ask a question. I see him do it to other customers he wants everyone to buy new phones by force

The man who runs this place was most helpful. He really gave me the hook up!!! Best experience I've had in the 5 years I've been with Boost. Highly recommend if you're needing anything from Boost go here! It may be a little out of the way but worth the trip. Was in for about 20 minutes the other day and was impressed by the level of customer service provided by the owner.
