Hey! Be careful when you come to this branch, I went to make a withdrawal approximately more than a month ago, I checked my card today it had less money than was in the account so I logged into the application to see my balance, In the transactions there were several that had checked my balance from different branches, and took out most of my money. Tomorrow I will make my report, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else, I am very surprised that they have checked my balance from different branches and I was never notified. I clarify that my card had not been used anywhere else, the first time I used it was at this branch.

The lady Mrs Letty is the reason why people like me don't bank with Bank Of America she's rude and seems like she's unhappy with her workplace was not able to provide me with the correct information very unprofessional

Bank of America has the rudest and most unprofessional tellers. They act like they are the most privileged people in the world. Sent one of my employees to go cash and sign a check and they treated him with such disrespect. Didn't catch her name but it was the oldest teller there today. Bank of America treats people badly.. especially the one here in Coachella. They don't even know their own rules and policies. Definitely lack customer service and very obvious there is no one running this bank. Do better, it's embarrassing to be a a boa customer at this point.!.

I have never Banked with Bank of America but after getting horrible costumer service at Wells Fargo (Coachella Branch) my wife and I decided to call and make an appointment to open a business Checking account. The receptionist was really helpful and polite, she was able to book us for the same day. Like usual we showed 10 minutes early for the appointment, and to our surprise (after being stood-up @ Wells Fargo) Leonela Barajas was already waiting for us by her office. She made the experience enjoyable. We were treated with respect and like wanted costumers. I highly recommend this bank to current and future business owners.

I was looking to open a Business Account in Coachella and went to four banks before I told my husband to just pull into the BOFA. I was frustrated because I had gone to Wells Fargo earlier that day after making an appointment at 11am but was stood up ( I waited almost half an hour & no one showed up) I walked in to BOFA & made an appointment with Ramiro who was able to get me the same day and within an hour and a half . He was very polite, great customer service & made me feel at ease. Once we came back , Leonela and Ramiro were waiting for us making my husband and I feel relieved that someone showed up & ten minutes early (BONUS!) Leonela made our experience so great even making us feel comfortable to bank with BOFA. The process was easy & memorable. The next day I went in to deposit money at the teller and it was a breeze. There might be wait in the drive through to make withdrawals and deposit money but keep in mind that EDD is through BOFA so sometimes the line is long but no worries :)

Do not bank at BOA any location! They have processed a transaction twice losing me $7500.00 and overdrawn my account! These dummies took $7500 out of an account that has $300!

Their withdrawal option is always down on the drive through. Very inconvenient. Then I have to go further bank out of my way. Please fix it.

Worst employees ever, when you got a question to ask they tell you right away to called the phone number behind your bank card. The one in Indio by hwy 111 near Indio high school they treat you very nice they help all the way they even called the phone number on the back your card. If you got question don't bother coming here to this location go to the hwy 111 one.
