“So I was going through this thing with the fridge I had kind of a nightmare and then we got a hold of these two ladies Lola at Frigidaire and Angela at home Depot and they want above and beyond to help me out see I have cancer and it's terminal in times have been hard so a friend of mine wrote this who worked with both of those people Tori so I'm going to paste it here I'm super glad I could help but the real MVP was the Frigidaire lady her mother passed from cancer 4 yrs ago and she was crying on the phone when we hung up bc she was going to do everything in her power to have a new fridge to Mac no matter if she had to drive it herself it seemed. So thank you Lola from Frigidaire and Angela from home Depot for staying on top of the emails to keep it all flowing so great once it started Angela have you see this and Lola thank you You took such a weight off my shoulders What amazing customer service when you talk to the right people thank you.”

“I have been to Ferguson about 4 times for plumbing supplies, of which I know little about, but need to save some dollars by DIY efforts. Each visit was a joy, as I was treated very well, along with getting g some good free advice for the job at hand.Today I needed a bonnet nut to finish a shower cartridge replacement. Seems somebody before me deformed it using a pipe wrench and too much muscle. Anyway, Ferguson's Enrique advised they're only sold with a new valve, which I didn't need. Enrique went the extra distance and located one for me. What a good Samaritan. He saved me dollars and another headache. Thank you very much.Great service and great customer care. I'll return for sure.”

“Recently went to Home Depot on Jackson in Indio. Walked over to self-checkout area and a young girl saw the "Help" look on my face . She asked how she could help. I explained I needed two new batteries for my car fobs and counldn't open either one to replace the batteries. She opened both immediaitely, walked me over to batteries, installed both, walked me to self-checkout, stayed till i paid-took all of 12 minutes!!! Great service. i think her name waas Joannana. sunny”

“I bought two different items on two occasions on their phone app- for store pickup.
The whole process in both cases went perfectly.
They have parking spaces in the parking pot reserved for pickups.
They called within an hour of my on line order to tell me it was ready, and when I parked in one of the reserve parking spaces and called the # they gave me and within a few minutes they delivered it to the car, and in one case it was a large heavy item that two guys loaded into my car.
Couldn't have been smoother!”

“Camping near Joshua tree , came all the way down to Indio to try and find a hook up for my backpacking grill. Couldn't find one as it's a weird mix of propane and butane. No one had it or a adapter to use. But they tried there damm hardest and hooked me up with a charcoal grill and some charcoal to save the day. Angela and her friend joe saved the day. Didn't want us all to go hungry!”
“Went to Leland to get help fixing a gas leak. He sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem but who did not do the underground work to fix it . Leland sent me to Steve Schick who came out, diagnosed the issue and through some creative plumbing work, resolved the problem. That in my opinion is stellar service. greatly appreciated!”

“I have always been treated very well by the staff here at Best Buy. Once I had a simple problem but did not know I needed an appointment and the gentleman at the Geek counter helped me anyway- there was no one behind me in line at the time. Today. I walked in was greeted hello and the young woman sales clerk got my order and I went home. I love this Best Buy!”
“A service member by the name of David was so helpful. He went out of his way to even check other Home Depot's to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Jesus helped as well, I believe he later was was working as a cashier. He too was very polite and professional. Good job Home Depot.”

“Natalie is by far the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is professional and polite but most importantly she is happy to help. You can tell she takes pride in helping customers and it is truly refreshing to see. She is patient and she goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. She has helped me twice now and both times it was for a replacement of my product under warranty and not once did she treat me any different than if I was a customer making a purchase.
