Disabled cart can’t go outside. If I need it to shop wouldn’t I need it to unload items in car?
Makes loud noise when exiting store and stops abruptly. (Currently have a torn bicep and shoulder)

Had very high hopes for this store. The employee’s at Aldi in Coachella are very rude and unhelpful. They don’t have good customer service and when you ask for help they respond in angry tones. Their body gestures and tone when you ask for help make you feel unwelcome. Their products are good but their hires are what need improvement.

Just one detail, not all people carry coins these days, so that makes a problem when shopping because you need coins to have a cart to do the shopping.

I’m so glad to see Aldi thriving here in Coachella. It is so much closer to where I live and consistently has better items than La Quinta and Palm desert. A niche store like this was needed in the east valley and my wife and I shop here regularly.

This store location was out of several items I usually purchase. Missing grocery carts at the entrance. Not very clean as compared to other locations.

The products are dollar tree quality. Not many options and their generic brand isn't good at all. I bought some cured meats but when I open the pack it smelled like it had gone bad.I also went to take a drink at their water fountain and there was a broken cr@#k pipe left between the water fountains, Probably left behind by one of the many homeless people walking around that area. But to just imagine somebody cutting themselves on that thing trying to get a drink of water.Will never go back there again zero stars. You're better off going to Cardenas, food 4 less, wal mart or smart and final. It's just not worth it.
