A big shout out to ABC towing. I locked my keys in the car with my dog. Called AAA who contacted ABC towing. AAA said it would take an hour and a half so I called ABC directly and they were at my house with my dog out of the car in 10 minutes. Thank you thank you thank you, ABC towing

Troy is the industry standard of professionalism. He absolutely holds his employees to the same standard. He spoke to me with kindness, truly heard me out and acted swiftly to help. Troy made an uncomfortable situation much easier to process and put behind me. Thank you, Troy. If customer sevrice is important to you, I highly recommend ABC Towing.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Ricardo from ABC Towing saved the day. Our Money pit of a car broke down yet again. We were 30 miles from home. I was at the Fantasy Springs casino and my husband (and puppy) were working at a house in La Quinta. Plus they came so fast my husband was not ready to go. So, Ricardo saved the day and made it all work. Picking me up at the casino and circling back to pick up the hubby and the puppy. PLUS he got us all home safely. Made sure we were able to get in and out of truck and were comfortable. Customer service is often a lost art. But not with RICARDO. He is TOP NOTCH! And even in this heat he was pleasant and helpful. THANK YOU ABC TOWING AND ESPECIALLY RICARDO. YOU ROCK BUDDY!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

This guy "Troy" (he said he owned the company) was extremely rude.... he was jerky acting right off the bat and cursed at me and hung up the phone after we had a disagreement.And, upon reading the other reviews for this company, other people had similar experiences.

Needed to have a vehicle towed, ABC TOWING was contacted via AAA. Initial call was placed at 2:30 and we were advised it would be about one hour. At 4:20 they had not shown up, I called AAA again and was advised that the driver was on his last service and would be another 45min to an hour. At 6:20 still no tow truck, called again and was advised that the driver mistakenly picked up another call before mine and it would be another 2hrs. Waited 4hrs with 2 kids in the car, for this service that never showed up.

Raul saved the night for us by solving our battery issue. Apparently it was some kind of glitch which has happened before on electrical vehicles here at PGA West. Crazy, but true,. Thankfully we were able to make it to an appointment in San Diego County the next morning. Thank you Raul for being our hero!

Date palm towing is using your address or another towing company your using with this one that been open not even a year but has / trading stocks? Tow truck guy was afraid of a speed bump saying it would damage his truck ,his request was a bigger truck for a little car. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CONARTIST S!!!

Awesome! Wonderfully Perfect in every way! Tire went flat aka the other "3 just swelled right up on me" at a funeral home no less on the hottest part of the day! And ABC Towing's knight in shining armor arrived on time, smelled good and towed it down the Blvd to El Primo's tire shop. Another excellent business in Coachella Valley! This was a beautiful experience since we first went to Charly's tire and they high tailed it out of there at 12:58pm saying we were too late with our shredded tire. So we were blessed with ABC Towing and El Primo tire shop! :) !!!

Horrible customer service. Me and my friend are stranded out in borego spring’s and were told to call abc towing by AAA. When the guy answered the phone I told him the information and he kept cutting me off and being extremely rude and short with his answers. I apologized and said we were given wrong information and he continued to be rude. I told him that there was no need for him to be rude that I understood that it’s late but I’m with one other person at 11pm on the side of the road broken down. After that he continued to interrupt and be short with me. All together horrible experience and we didn’t even get any answers.
