Thanks Kat I appreciate your excellent customer service. U surpassed my expectation and in less then 7 min I got my set up. The only thing was I said a joke and no one laugh so the jokes on me. Then everyone laugh. It was the end of the day and a Friday at that. I can't grade my experience any higher or else I would have.

I went in to get a new SIM card, something I thought would be easy since I have a current account and phone. The guy who helped me was extremely passive aggressive he wouldn’t make eye contact with me was asking questions like I was a phone expert which I still answered to the best of my knowledge , I watched as he was rude to the person before me who proceeded to walk out instead of deal with him, a man who clearly hates his job. He’s a bald guy with a tattoo on the back of his neck , stay away from This guy because he will make it a point to make your experience a negative one.

Customer courtesy was great, but their abilities and service are not. I was told by the Apple Store I would have to go to the Xfinity store to set up the cell service on my Iwatch. This store is telling me that they can’t or don’t do that. Xfinity needs to train their people to do the basic tech.

Comcast customer service is terrible overall, but this store is downright worthless. Five trips to the store dealing with employees who don't know what they're doing followed by the manager guaranteeing me he could fix an issue only to find out they can't do anything about billing. To top it off, they told me they could ship my old phone in for a trade-in and my new phone would be $1.25. Now I'm being charged $30 and customer service says it was never done as a trade-in, so they essentially stole my phone. They should have referred me to a corporate store in the first place but they just ended up wasting my time and causing me more issues with my bill. Take the time to go to a real Comcast store at Fashion Fair or River Park. Avoid this store at all costs.

I cannot stress enough not to go with this company! I work in public safety and you should not trust your family members to this type of service. To begin with, they did not transfer my wives phone properly. This is a rather straight forward process that all in-business representatives should be competent in doing. Then two months later the phone stops working when I try to add a new line for our son. I went through four assistants! Each one stated that they would leave notes so that the next assistant would seamlessly pick up where we stopped last. This did not happen. The last assistant was so bad that I asked for a supervisor. They flat out said NO. As far as the service, my wives phone would occasionally get a "called failed" and the 4G service was horrible to slow. I'm a huge customer service proponent and Xfinity failed so massively that I switched by to Verizon.

Have been wanting to go to an Xfinity store for a while now. Was in the area of this particular location & lucked out!!! As soon as I walked into the store a young man greeted me by the door and asked what I needed. Explained to him having issues with phone, caused by me (all this new technology drives me crazy). Right away he directed me over to his associate Belen. Explained to her my situation & boom she went out above & beyond helping me. Thank you Belen & young man at door. This will definitely be my Xfinity go to store for help. Shop & support local

My father and I had an awesome experience here! Every time I visit any Xfinity store I always have an great experience! I’d like to thank Belen for her excellent customer service! She was extremely helpful and resolved our issue and answered all of our questions! I’d also like to shout out her co-worker who was working at the desk next to us. She had a customer who was being a complete A-hole and was totally out of line to the point I almost confronted him! Major props for keeping your cool girl! I could never work retail/customer service!! You guys are soooo much appreciated to me!!

Was there to buy phones. Their system had some issue. They ran my 3 cards almosy 18-19 times. Then told me to come back tomorrow. I went back next day and they said we sold the phones to aome body else. I told them to call me but never received a call. What a joke. You cannot call the store. Calls go to Customer service call centers.

Comcast is a scam. We literally never went over our 1.2tb plan in 2022. We get a cheaper plan in 2023, and all the sudden we get told we’re at 90% of our data for February and it’s only the 14th.Remember, you get charged for every “overage” past your plan. So it’sa scam, scam, scam.

I have been an Xfinity customer for 10 years and they have recently gone down hill. The WORST experience of my life trying to get WIFI set up at my new home. Over a week of trying to get it set up. They sent 4 different technicians out to my home and the first 3 were incompetent. Tried saying they couldn't do the line and there was blockage. Next technicians that came out didn't even bring their tools to do the job. How does that even happen?? The 4th one stated there was no issue getting the line through and he doesn't know why this wasn't done a week ago. But he wasn't a "set up" technician so he couldn't finish our set up. After talking to customer service once again the MANAGER stated she would get someone to our house the next day and would call us in the morning about the time AND would waive our installation fee. We never received a call, no one ever came to our home, and when I called back again they stated all they could do is offer me a $20 credit to my account... that's it. A week and a half of idiots, 5 total hours on the line with customer service, and we decided to switch to ATT. Do NOT use Xfinity. They are absolute garbage and don't care about customer loyalty or making their own errors right.
