By far the worst Walgreens in service. The pharmacy staff is over worked. Very short staff! This is how errors happen ! I do not recommend using this store !

This Walgreens might have the worst prescription drive thru ever. The line actually makes me want to do drugs, recover, and then relapse again.

The drive thru is so bad....you might as well park your car in line and go get your grocery shopping done at save mart,maybe even get your nails done.

Completely incompetent! Have a regular monthly prescription that they KNOW I will be ordering. They say they can't keep it in stock because of the kind it is. I call them 5 days prior EVERY TIME because I can't order it until I am out to remind them to order it. They have forgotten to put it in for the last 6 months. Leaving me without my medicine until they can put the order in to be delivered. Being without my medication for even ONE day is dangerous. I have given them more than enough grace. I am moving my business somewhere else!!!

Walgreens accepts my insurance or I would not be using their store. The store at Herndon and Fowler does a good job with my meds. They are filled on time and the Walgreens Ap does a great job with notifications. The staff is friendly and helpful. This particular store " however is filthy on its exterior. Debris from bird nests are left on the pathways outside the store. Trash is not picked up and the sidewalk has ground in grime that is awful. Today was the worst so far - I used the drive thru to pick up a prescription. The window area was covered in spiderwebs, including spider egg sacs. They were not in a corner of the window but in several corners and down near the drawer area. How does this continue and the store or corporation seem to have no interest in keeping the exterior of their store clean. Come on Walgreens -do better

Does anyone work in the pharmacy on Herndon/Fowler in Clovis CA? Called twice and waited on hold for 30 min. The call never was answered and I called back and on hold for a additional 30 min I'd still be waiting but I hung up. The most unprofessional dept. I will be changing pharmacies because I am concerned about the incompetent customer service and the pharmacist who cannot handle anything other than their 2 hr lunches. Walgreens is a joke!! They don't deserve 1 star

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Staff stopped trying to assist customers a long time ago. They just want them to go away. I was told to return in 40 Minutes for my prescription. When I did she said the wait was two hours. When I asked the same staff member why, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. When I asked the pharmacist she acted like I was lying to her. Unfortunately, this is how it's been for a few months. Time to move on when they act like you're lying to them for their own incompetence.

It's been 7 years since my last review. At that time, I only reviewed the pharmacy. Now, the entire store has lost their collective mind. If you make the mistake of shopping there, watch out for sale prices that are wrong. Check your receipt and make sure you aren't over charged. They can't handle coupons, every thing is mis marked. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and if you say anything, a line begins to form behind you inconveniencing everyone in the store. I must say they are consistent in that they never get the prices right. I guess it's a numbers game. They cheat everyone and only the people who notice and complain get the discount. They have 2 prices for the same products. You have to ask for the discount and take them to the sign or pay double.

The pharmacy likes to compete with slow cooked ribs. What I mean is, you can start slow cooking a rack of ribs before you leave and you might make it home before they overcook. What is so difficult about getting someone's name, going to the boxes that should be in alphabetical order, getting the medication and handing it to them?! It's not rocket science. I can watch entire Netflix series on my phone while waiting in the drive thru. And if you go inside, it just pisses you off more as you watch them search for your medication as if someone played 52 card pickup. They search one bin, then another, then another, then go back to the first bin, then around the corner, then back to the first bin...every time! It's almost comical to watch if it wasn't so frustrating. I give them 2 stars just because it's gotten so bad, it's almost entertaining.

Waiting in line at the drive thru for well over thirty minutes now. I understand COVID testing slows things down a little but this much? I have one prescription to pick up-this is beyond ridiculous. COVID testing should be done separate from regular prescription pick up. The line is all the way around the building. Those poor people will be waiting an hour or more.

The most annoying pharmacy ever. During Covid I started going thru the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions. That meant waiting extremely long time due to staff member (one) serving drive-thru and the inside counter. Then today I went and the management decided to do drive-thru Covid testing along with prescription pick up. This caused such a backup. I waited 40 minutes with only two cars ahead of me! Here's an idea - have a separate drive-thru for Covid texting only!

This Walgreens pharmacy sucks... They discriminate against prescriptions that that they do not want to fill..Few months ago I had four prescriptions one was for migraine medicine all four were approved and had refills but when I went to pick them up they only gave me the three and not the migraine medication so I ended up going with mail order after four days of saying I don't have refills when I'm looking at the bottle now today I had another prescription that was sent in on last Friday by my provider and it seems they don't want to feel this one either says it wasn't approved by the doctor even though they faxed it again today and sent it on Friday....I believe I've been discriminated against they use their own judgment as to what they will fill in what they won't fill... Please use other pharmacies not this one....

Indeed, kind of meh. :( Pharmacy is very slow but also they don't seem completely aware of what they have. I asked the pharmacist if they had Vit B6 25mg, told him I had already checked the aisles, which my ob friend told me was only going to have 100mg, and in response, the guy said he could have someone help me look for it. I felt like he didn't completely understand that I had already looked but I appreciated the effort and said okay. It took quite awhile for someone to come over and after scouring the aisles again I was starting to regret it, and when I told her what I was looking for she confirmed that they didn't have it. Womp womp. At least they were friendly and greeted me as I walked in and out of the store.
