Great service !! They communicate and also patched my tires when I needed even though I wasn’t on schedule they worked me in ! They also installed my K Sport coilovers and I’m still running them today !!!

Extremely knowledgeable with deepest respects to his customers and vendors.
Outstanding performance and highest care for service.
Since then, I am John’s customer for multiple sports and off road vehicles.
I would also like to mention his service crew, with extreme care for their customers and their vehicles.

Inspection of wheels, tires, shocks and suspension.
Absolutely amazing staff. John paid great attention on every small detail, scrupulously did investigation on valves and tires to determine for possible punctures, and to prevent air leaks.
At the end, vehicle successfully passed road test for final conclusions.

Only leaving a review because they texted me for one, but it sent me to a private link, I figured this should be public. If I could rate out of 5 stars, I'd give it a 1/5. I went in for an alignment, and I asked if it would be quick or not, so I would know to leave my car or stay. They told me it was quick and I could take a seat... oh boii were they wrong, I believe I was there for about 2hrs+. I even asked if they could realign my steering wheel... and one of technician said that it was too bad to align... After the work, I took it to Good Guys at Blackstone and Herndon, paid for a realignment and they did my steering wheel out of courtesy. They told me adjusting steering wheel is just if the technicians wants to do... apparently West Coast just didn't want to do it. Like smh. I did not mind to pay Good Guys just to make sure my car was done right.
