There's always this very off putting, pretty rude cashier always working. I used a relative's account for their point system (my mom lol) and she feels the need to ask "Who's *insert name*? " when she sees the account pop up. Mind you, this cashier does not know me nor my name. I explained, that I use my mothers account, not that thats her business.When I asked her for a paper receipt at a later visit, she told me "I should have told her, as it'll just go to whoever *my mothers name* is." which is totally understandable, and I know that's how they're online system works, it's just that she's very unwilling to help, and do anything besides be kind of snarky. I was pretty put off as this has been my second or third just off putting and kind of rude interaction with her, so I just quickly grabbed my stuff and went to leave. She found this interaction amusing I guess.

Worst pharmacy ever. One person working behind the counter. She answers the phone, works the drive up window, checks every prescription with the pharmacist before she brings it to the customer. Even when there is no one in line ahead of me I wait for at least 15 minutes in line! All other Walgreens in Clovis/Fresno have at least 3 people behind the counter. AND closed on Sunday !?!? REALLY?!?! Really poor service.

Worst pharmacy ever. Did refill online wasn’t ready. Told me to come back in two hours. There’s a line out the door. Come back the next day. One person working again over 30 minutes. They always have just one person working, takes forever.

Very long wait times at the pharmacy. The drive through pharmacy clerks know they're very hard to hear. I only understood maybe a few words of what they said. She said I needed a coupon handed it to me and said scan it and go back to the end of the line but 3 cars pulled up behind me while I was trying to understand her. Really in what world is ok to make people wait so long for bad service.

12/19/23 Good Walgreens! Safe, clean & practiced. A worker was really kind and happy to direct me! Music playing too! Came here to get gift cards & a holiday card for fam! Of course, bought more! Lots of good deals! They also have a large variety of gift cards. Less to go get! Got what I wanted and more. Checkout after that! The worker was kind and wished a good day! Good service & store! Recommended!

I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time for my flu and covid vaccines (as did the other people there). If not for the music festival I'm attending in two weeks, I would've left, but I don't want to pick anything up in the crowd so I felt I had to wait it out. No apologies from the staff. They seemed short staffed but they shouldn't be booking appointments online if they can't honor them.

they deserve to all be fired,the pharmacy is absolutly horrible wait a hour in line in your car or wait a hour inside take you pick avoid this place they do not care about customers sick or not i hope these workers deal with the same customers service they give.(lady with short hair working)making rude comments to other workers in front of patients no service and bad additudes.

This place is the worst. They need to fire every single person that works there they never available to help, they always rude with customers. The lady with the long purple hair and glasses and the young white guy with a ring on his nose they are both horrible human beings. I don't know who gave them a job to work with people. They are far trained for that skill. I don't care if I drive far, but I will never step foot in that place again no wonder they only have one star. I had an incident happen the last time I went there, and I will take this to corporate.

Aged photo equipment took a lot of time and then wasted my money, very disappointing photo quality from scanning on site. Other Walgreens locations have better equipment?! I scanned way better photos at a Walgreens in Florida just a few weeks ago.

Typically Walgreens. Big display on an end cap saying BOGO 50% Off with no pricing. Go 2 aisles over to find items cost $12.99 each. Cashier says there is no applicable sale on the item. No thanks! 3rd time in a row for the same scenario on different items. Should be illegal.

Addy was an exceptional pharmacist for us! She was willing to take extra time to help us find discounts for our medication. She was kind, thoughtful, and friendly the entire time! She deserves a raise :)
