Bad customer service, if there was a zero star I would give it a zero star instead of a 1 star review. No patience and all attitude, they act like they're dying. Bunch of cry babies.

They won't return your purchase even if you have the original reciept unless you also have your drivers license with you. Dumbest policy I have ever heard. I have the original reciept and my purchase was less than 30 minutes ago.

Missing photo pages, careless employees who don't care about customer serviceI ordered a photo book online. The order was delayed when I called to check. Then few days later, I was received an email stating that it is ready. I went in and picked it up. Got home more than half of the pages were missing. I called I was told to reorder. I did second book will not lay flat and cover page is not closing.

Made my appt for a flu shot. I waited 40+ minutes before I was given it. The pharmacy tech didn't finish checking me in for the appt until after I asked how much longer it would be. Once I did ask, she finished running my insurance and then I was called back. If you want people to be vaccinated, don't make them wait or purposely cause inconveniences.

This Walgreens might have the worst prescription drive thru ever. The line actually makes me want to do drugs, recover, and then relapse again.

The drive thru is so bad....you might as well park your car in line and go get your grocery shopping done at save mart, maybe even get your nails done.

Don’t know why all the negativity. They’ve always done right by me. There’s always a wait, but such is life. Everyone wants everything to be so fast. Slow down y’all.

Does anyone work here? Can’t get an updated prescription status. Can’t get anyone on the phone. I get it, businesses have a hard time finding employees in this work climate, but this is bad.

Completely incompetent! Have a regular monthly prescription that they KNOW I will be ordering. They say they can't keep it in stock because of the kind it is. I call them 5 days prior EVERY TIME because I can't order it until I am out to remind them to order it. They have forgotten to put it in for the last 6 months. Leaving me without my medicine until they can put the order in to be delivered. Being without my medication for even ONE day is dangerous. I have given them more than enough grace. I am moving my business somewhere else!!!

Refilled a prescription by phone and was told it would be ready that day. On my way to the airport to go out of state and meet my new grandson I stopped to get it and was told they couldn’t fill it even though I had two refills and it would run out while out of town. From the airport I called the doctor and then my insurance and was told there should be no issue at all. I had to call back and have the prescription transferred out of state and now have to deal with that while doing this very special visit. The rudeness and lack of care was needless. They could have called the insurance themselves. The person just didn’t want to take the time to bother with it.

Walgreens accepts my insurance or I would not be using their store. The store at Herndon and Fowler does a good job with my meds. They are filled on time and the Walgreens Ap does a great job with notifications. The staff is friendly and helpful. This particular store " however is filthy on its exterior. Debris from bird nests are left on the pathways outside the store. Trash is not picked up and the sidewalk has ground in grime that is awful. Today was the worst so far - I used the drive thru to pick up a prescription. The window area was covered in spiderwebs, including spider egg sacs. They were not in a corner of the window but in several corners and down near the drawer area. How does this continue and the store or corporation seem to have no interest in keeping the exterior of their store clean.Come on Walgreens -do better

Communication from the Pharmacy used to be good a few years back and there was a time you used to be able to walk in fill out a form to get a flu shot, however a couple of years back I walk up to the pharmacy after waiting in line behind 3 people ahead of me only to be told that an appointment must be made. I brought it to their attention that it would've been nice to have been notified if they could've posted a notice at the entrance of the store letting others as well as myself to be known of the change. The pharmacist told me we shouldn't have to do that. I don't see how a pharmacy can operate efficiently with only 2 pharmacists on duty. Understaffed.
