This pharmacy is horrible! It takes days to get things filled and typically stocked items for other pharmacies are almost ALWAYS out of stock. The drive thru takes forever and the staff is not very friendly.

I have been using this pharmacy for less than a year, I think it's the best in town. I have been to several and they won't fill your RX till they talk to the Dr. Several times, or won't fill it , do to your not their patient, my answer to that is they are not my Dr. Either. They work with you when your insurance is screwed up. Or any questions you have. A friendly staff. You might have to wait a short time at the drive up window, the line goes fast.They are busy. But worth the wait.!!

Marisae or marisay the pharmacist has a problem with disabled people taking their medication.My partner has been tapering off strong medication,and she is trying to "investigate" when an investigation isn't necessary. Everytime my boyfriend needs his refill there's always a problem and these people just run around with no head.Extremely disappointed in this woman for not understanding that one can't just be ripped off medications, one is to taper. You're killing people Marisay. Please get a more qualified pharmacy group as a whole.Also my partner spoke two days ago with a pharmacist and they said it'd be ready today, but now marisay's making the rules.Seriously y'all need better organization this has been happening for far too long

I had some prints made at the store the clerk who was helping me asked me to review the prints. I sealed the envelope containing the prints and the clerk asked me if everything was OK and I said everything is fine. This is what angered me, the clerk proceeded on opening the envelope and started looking at my prints without my permission. The clerk even went to the point of asking me what was in the photos. I did tell the clerk I already reviewed the photos and she shouldn't be looking at them anyway.This is the first time this has ever happened and it makes me angry.

This is the store that I have my prescriptions filled out . I dislike going through the drive through ! Takes forever to get to the window ! Not that there is a lot of cars , just no sense of urgency with the employees ! I don't have a problem waiting if it's within reason , but the wait time is ridiculous! Plus you never know when they are going to take their lunch . They have scheduled times on a sign from 1:30-2. Well now it's 2-3, 2:30 -3 . I have better things to do then sit and wait !

Absolutely the worst pharmacy....wait time is ridiculous. If you want real personal service visit neighborhood Walmart just across the street. They even will bring your prescription to your car in the parking lot. No long drive through lines... no need to go inside pleasant helpful personnel only at neighborhood Walmart

Do not get your covid test done here. On Friday, we had to wait in line @ the drive thru for about 40 mins (to be expected with rising covid cases), but when we got to the window they had lost my daughters appointment info and spent probably about 10 mins trying to track it down, even with me showing them my confirmation email twice. Then when they did find it, we administered the test on my daughter and the woman at the window gave me a paper and said the test results would be ready in 72hrs.... well, what she failed to mention was that the lab is closed and the 72 hours didn't include the weekends (which I had to call and find out Tuesday morning). The lab still hasn't even received our sample and my little one is missing out on school if her results are negative. Just go to CVS. The results get to you quicker and the whole process goes a whole lot smoother. Communication is key yall.

Worst pharmacy and staff I have ever encountered! Waited in line 42 min to drop off my medication where I provided my insurance card and id. I was told my medications would be ready in 3 hrs. I decided to come back next day since I wasn't feeling well. I returned the next morning where a short dark haired lady told me my antibiotics are not ready. Nor can the rude lady working find the scripts I dropped off the day before. She was confused over the dates and didn't seem to know how to work the computer. She directed me to go sit down so she can help other people and help me maybe when she has time. Just as she said that a man walked into pharmacy who she immediately said "your my relief" and walks off. The man was actually knowledgeable but he was also the guys who took my insurance card and scripts the day before. Apparently they don't take Anthem. Which I was never ever contacted by pharmacy or informed in the 18hrs they had to do so. Now I have to transfer my medications to cvs who actually takes hard working people's insurance not just welfare! Im told I myself have to walk into cvs (sick) and have them call walgreens to transfer my medications because walgreens is too busy to fix their mistakes. This place is horrible and the people aren't very intelligent or friendly.

This pharmacy has the worse patient care ever!!!! I am immunocompromised person with ties to the medical community. Went in today at my doctors request to get the 3rd dose booster of Pfizer Covid vaccine. They said they couldn't give it to me because I had Moderna before and it was their policy. This is not in alliance with CDC recommendations. They do allow people to switch. Who turns away a compromised patient in the middle of a global deadly pandemic???? I presented with Drs order along with my medication. They approved me as immune compromised but still refused to give me the vaccine. Absolutely insane!!!

So I went to get the Covid vaccine Supposedly they say is at no cost all lies u need Insurance all bs if u tell me it's no cost why would u ask also fill the paper online to do it again at the store and they were rude af don't come here

S. L. O. W. S. L. O. W Disorganized pharmacy while they are nice people there is never a time where you can run in get your prescription and out it's run in camp out in line. A lot of times they only have 1 cashier who has to do both the drive through and walk up. They make the California DMV look like super organized speed demons. So sad they are close and I've put up with this fir years time to move my business elsewhere

I've been coming here just a little over 6 months by far the worse pharmacy staff , rude every time seems like no one wants to be there I have a severe disease that requires a controlled substance and me being young they will give me the hardest time about it , like no sht I know how serious this medicine is do also know why I'm getting it ?? I hope I made my point . You deserve respect and actual advice not to feel belittled.
