Poor customer service, I did an online trade in and picked my phone up after hours. Transferred everything over and needed to turn the old phone in. Took the old phone back after work and was told by the women working that I couldn't turn the phone in, that it will cause all these issues and void my trade in and then I would have to call Verizon customer service to fix it and it could take a few billing cycles before it was corrected. When we showed them that Verizon told me to drop it off by June 24, they again said no and packaged it saying it had to be mailed. Problem was it was late and all the UPS locations were closed so we wouldn't get a receipt. The women told us we needed to find someone to drop it off for us since we were going on vacation and wouldn't be back before the 24th.
Long story short, we had to find a Dropbox location, document on our own it was being shipped, and all so these women could close right at 7pm. Will never return and will hold onto my new phone as long as possible to avoid having to deal with this again.

I (Pattie) had a wonderful experience today at this location. Esther helped us out and she is gold. She provided caring and compassionate customer service during a difficult time for me. I recommend making an appointment (which I did) because if you don’t, you might have to wait a while but that’s been my experience at each store I’ve visited.

I give zero stars if I can.Worst service ever.the black employee told him self manager,so rude ,no manners to deal with customers,due to this so called manager I cancelled my service internet and three phone lines.don’t go this store,if by mistake you go,don’t talk this so called manger.racism.

Worst service ever. They are super nice if you come to get a new line or device. I bought a new device from best buy verizon counter and then went to this location to get some help. The gentleman straight up said that you learnt a lesson to not buy from best buy people.

My coworker purchased a brand new iPhone 13 as an upgrade to one of her lines. Now what happened is, again, brand new iphone, it went through the activation process like normal, said phone was activated but right after that, it displays activation lock and the email that this device belonged to only showing the first letter "s" and it being a .org email. I dont have a .org email, my coworker or anyone on her account either. Called customer Verizon customer service and was advised to go back and get it replaced so my coworker went in yesterday and was told to either do it her self or go to the applce store to try and figure it out. I understand it has the find my iphone feature on but the device was purchased at this location and are still within the period to return device so why is she being sent elsewhere for help? She was told the situation has been escalated, lets hope it has, but is there really no what if scenarios that they can have some training on? Ive seen my fare share of weird things happen to cellphones so its not entirely far fetched for something like this to happen. If situation does get fixed soon this may turn to a 5 star review as the manager on site was really attentive just could not help her for reasons like find my iphone being on but again should have some training just in case this type of thing happens.
Update: currently on the phone with both Verizon customer service and Apple Support and not either one of them wants to take the blame so current status: Stuck in Limbo
Update Two 3/17/24: Its been 5 days and for starters my coworker was supposed to receive a call still hasnt and both Verizon and Apple keep having the they have to fix the problem back and forth with us so still stuck in limbo and now this review also has gone to a 1 star for the refusal of helping and not calling.

I would like to thank the store manager for helping me with a replacement phone. He was able to switch over the sim card from the old to the new and gave instructions on transfering files which was very helpful. He was very friendly and super helpful. Thank you so much!

Stephen is something like a multi-tasking wizard... He simultaneously assisted at least 3 parties, while keeping a diligent eye on the floor, and people coming in and out. I came in to the store in the early afternoon, and dealt with another associate (Ricky) who was also fantastic. I went home and screwed something up with my data transfer, and came back later that evening and Stephen immediately came to me and recognized me from earlier, even though we did not deal with each other to begin with. He corrected my errors and sent me off as a satisfied customer. Stephen is someone that Verizon should strive to not only hold on to, but be considered a model of what the companies ideal manager looks like.Mike De Young, Clovis CA
