I'm giving a 1 Star, because the last time I went I couldnt shop comfortable due to the workers just watching me as if I was stealling items, everywhere I went there was a worker there, and they kept asking "everything okay? Did you need help with anything?" Then another worker asked same questions again plus another worker. On top of that, when I went into line to pay for my items, tell me why there was another worker right next to me acting like they were fixing the products on shelf when they were already organized. It just made me feel really uncomfortable not being able to shop when all eyes on me, meanwhile theres other customers with big purses/ bags close to them which pretty sure are the ones stealling. The funny part is that when I went to pay using my discount from ulta warehouse, they didnt believe me until I show them proof with ID and code, and thats when they looked all embarrested for keeping a watch on me for no reason. I would never shop there again, period.

I came to purchase some make up and the sales person forgot to match me with a powder as they were closing I went back to get matched and someone from the back started saying we are closed. We don’t match after 8 o’clock so they lost business over $300 just because she couldn’t take one minute to match me.

I am a frequent visitor to this establishment, as it resides conveniently opposite my place of labor. I normally grace the premises in attire befitting of a professional before my workday commences, and have never encountered any issues. However, on a recent day off, I entered the store appearing somewhat disheveled. My intention was to procure skin products, yet I found myself leisurely perusing the aisles. To my dismay, I was approached thrice in one aisle by eager staff offering assistance, while three other employees congregated nearby, observing my every move. Their relentless attentiveness made me feel like a spectacle in a menagerie, causing great discomfort. I hastily made my purchases and departed, only to be detained on my way to my vehicle by a security officer requesting to inspect my belongings. Though I complied without objection and was swiftly released, the unsettling encounter lingered in my thoughts. It became apparent that my appearance played a role in the excessive surveillance I endured, despite my usual invisibility when impeccably attired. While I acknowledge the necessity of anti-theft measures, the ordeal left me feeling deeply unsettled. Upon perusal of other patrons' accounts, it became evident that my experience was not an isolated one at the Herndon and Clovis location. Regrettably, I shall not be gracing their doors again in the future.

I come into this store frequently because it’s right across from my workplace. I come in dressed nicely before my shift starts and have never had a problem. The other day I stopped here on my day off; I looked rough. I came in to get skin products but ended up browsing. In one aisle I was asked three times if I needed help, while three other workers crowded around the aisle I was in. Every-time I moved, I would be asked again and continued to be blatantly followed. I felt like I was an animal inside of a zoo. I was so uncomfortable, I just bought what I needed and left. As I’m walking to my car, I’m stopped by a security guard asking to check my bag. I allowed it and was good to go. Considering when I’m put together I have to search for someone to get help, I could clearly see their issue with me. I completely understand anti-theft, but that experience left me feeling super uncomfortable. Going through other reviews I realized I am not the only one to experience this specifically with the Herndon and Clovis location. I will obviously not be returning.

Boy oh boy, I am usually not a person who leaves a review but I felt like it was necessary. The benefit bar has amazing empolyees and always do a great job. I wish I would have been able to give more stars.But I had the most awkward encounter while I was going to get my eyebrows at Ulta. I unfortunately encountered a passive aggressive fight between the main manager and an eyebrow employee (during a Saturday shift on 6/1/24).The manager was very RUDE to one of her employees while I was getting my eyebrows done?. The manager asked my eyebrow lady why she didn’t have a watch and how she just couldn’t understand how she could work without a watch to keep track of the time. She also pushed another lip client on to her schedule without asking if she had a client behind me. I went to talk to the co-manager about this encounter and she didn’t apologize and took managers side. It looks like it’s a toxic environment to be around. It was sad the manager caused the brow lady to cry and I just felt for her. She was low staffed and was doing her best. I would not advise working here the manger doesn’t know how to be gracious to her employees.

Since I have turned 30 I have been so self conscious of my dry skin and it’s been so emotional. I went into Ulta yesterday to just grab my usual products but decided to asks the girls for some help. I was kindly directed to Janet, I told her about how my eyes are so dry and I’m so self conscious and need help. She was so kind and was on a mission to help me, and she did! She directed me to so some amazing products, she tried them on my face and was so honest when she felt like there was a product that would work even better then what she tried. I used all the products today and feel the best I have in a long time! Thank you so much Janet!

We waited by curbside pickup for about 20 minutes and the girls were just in there talking need to find help. They can do their job, not sit and talk and then they apologize when we go in to get the stuff that we ordered and just laugh at it. Got to find another Ulta to go to. You're lucky I even give you a two stars

I have used many products (tarte shape tape, it concealer, mac various products) all for under eye concealer. I thought I knew it all... but if I knew it all, why is my concealer creasing. I went to Dri at Ulta Clovis... she did not disappoint. She recommended Natasha Denona Hy Glam concealer. I'm 37, dry skin, eczema, under eyes are bagged and dark. Let me tell you... I wish I had pics with It, so you can see the difference. But because my eyes always looked black, creased, and ugly after 5 min, I hated taking pics. Well, I took a pic. Not the most flattering. But l after 12 hours of Natasha concealer and MAC studio radiance serum powdered foundation. Dri you did the damn thang!!!!
