I’ve been coming to u-Tec for 2 years now for a reason! The customer service is top tier especially hunter on Herndon I can call him anytime they are available for quick questions and just knows what to do every time , on top of that if I ever do need to bring in my pc they keep me updated with what’s going on and how long it will take maximum I’ve waited for a repair is 2 days! I’m beyond thankful for Herndon team you are amazing hunter also the girl receptionist upfront forgot her name but thank you guys for being awesome well knowledge and friendly nothing but love for you guys and thank you for taking care of my pc ??

Hunter was so great! Microsoft was giving me a headache but Hunter said it was a quick and easy repair. He got me signed in through all the gobbleygook that I could not understand when Microsoft locked me out - "oh, so safely". Always recommend UTech.

Drove all over town looking for a MacBook key piece. Was referred here and got my piece and the laptop fixed within minutes by Hunter. Very helpful, awesome job.

I came in with a problem, of course!!! My phone had lost all my contacts!!!! Hunter was able to retrieve them in about 3 minutes. He is so knowledgeable pleasant and explains everything clearly and doesn't talk down to you. U-tec is my go to place.

Great experience with U-tec in Clovis!
