This hotel was perfect for my needs on a business trip. I chose this location because it appeared to be well ahead of any other options at the same price point.I can't speak highly enough of the staff during my experience. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. One gentleman who worked at the front desk, Lordd, was especially helpful every time I had a question or needed something.Thank you to this team for a great stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Its a pig in lipstickIf your primary concerns are staff, safety, and location, this place is a solid 5. If you are particular, and many small things lead up to a poor experience for you, then this is not for you.My many small grievances.Had to park in the dirt at 8 pm, they have a giant unfinished dirt area and less than 20 parking spaces for guest on the front side of the building.the lot is the same path as a drive through car washthe breakfast is super mediocre compared to the hilton just down the street.hotel has one of those fire detectors directly above the bed that flashes brightly all night longwindow drapes do not close fully, so you will be up at 7 amcouch is comicly uncomfortableheater is so far away from thermostat the 2 battle all night. By thermostat it can be 70, by the bed it can be 80LEDS. Microwave lighting lights up entire room, alarm clock, both had to be coveredshower water pressure is absolute trash, you will be better off rinsing in the rainmold growing where shower pan is seperating from base, peeling paint above showerWHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE ART? this has to be one of the ugliest hotels ive ever stayed at art wise. Motel 6 has better art. they repeat the same image of sand... 40 times on my floor alone. GO walk down the halls, then the other wall is succenlents 12 times in a row. Not varying plants and sand. identical. Everyone.the room layout is just weird. The bathroom entrance is to the right of the bed. Never seen any hotel like this ever, could be due to a corner space, but its weird.The TV is mounted to the side wall of the bed, meaning you have to lay sideways to view it, and it only pivots odd the wall 10 degrees.It also is stuck at max volumefor 150 its just comical, ill be looking for something locally owned next time, i feel no one stays in their own rooms and gets an idea of the small annoyances.

Checking online is meaningless with this location. They only give key at front desk.... what a total waste after a long day to stand and wait for key.Bathroom fan runs constantly, no way to shut off while you sleep. I stay at many Marriotts and never had these issues.

Rooms look clean but there are definitely roaches here... When my wife commented on them via Marriot app they deleted our stay as if we didn't even go here. So, they're trying to keep that on the down low for sure. We didn't ask for a refund or anything, just thought people should know. Poor way to treat real comments, Marriot!

BED BUGS! me and my family had a horrible experience with bedbugs at this hotel, they also never change the comforter! We left in the middle of the night! Discusting! I do not recommend!

My room was one of the cleanest I have had in Fresno/ Clovis, nice people. The only thing that I was irritated by was when the woman with glasses came and knocked an hour before my check out time, which was at 12. I asked for her name from someone else who works there I heard them say JanetRooms: Very clean. Very nice.

Business trip to Fresno. Decided to stay in Clovis for something new. Nice area. Close to a lot of conveniences. Plenty of parking. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker.

The rooms were clean and newer and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and stove if you need them. There is also a nice gym and pretty nice continental breakfast. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Went there to burn a free night I had that was expiring.Check-in was fast and personnel was friendly.The room was great, except the TV was perpendicular to the end (feet) of the bed. Yes, mounted on the wall with a swivel mount but still uncomfortable to watch from.the bed or the side or any place. I turned the TV sideways away from the bed end and sat on a chair with my feet on the bed to have a good watching angle.Pool and jacuzzi were good. Great place to talk to other guests and exchange ideas and information.Breakfast was good. Burritos and croissant-egg-ham sandwiches. Breads and waffle maker. Orange, apple, cranberry juice, and coffee which was exceptional: hot, bold and tasty.
