I'm upset. I ordered tile. They don't carry large amounts so they had to order it. So I went to Floor and Decor. They had everything in stock.

Customer service is an epic fail. Workers are more into talking With one another versus helping. I tried to ask one of the workers there In the plumbing section for help and he rudely turned around to me and said "I'm on the phone" and turned around and walked away. I then asked someone to page someone to the hand sanders and no one came. A person from a different department finally helped after waiting for no one to come. Completely ridiculous. I will not be returning back to that home depot.

This experience we had tonight spoke volumes about the type of people that work at this branch. We asked for assistance to open the lumber doors, despite them closing the doors earlier than the close time. They declined and rather us carry long boards of lumber and a heavy load to the self check out instead, so we had to wiggle our way through for that. The gal who denied us help with the lumber door was nice to offer to have someone come out to help load. She paged someone to assist, but no one showed up. Here I am, pregnant and helping my partner load up his truck out in the freezing cold and rain. An employee got off his shift and made eye contact with us, seeing us struggle, but proceeded to hop in his truck to leave instead of assisting us. Meanwhile, there were employees on the floor standing around and conversating. When my partner used to work at this same location, he took the extra time to assist customers and listened to them. Standards went down low here. After dropping $600 in one check out, the least Home Depot could've done was getting someone to assist.

Too many self checkouts!!! I refuse to do their job while workers stand around and watch us customers work! It's ridiculous! I'll shop on Amazon!

I'm currently on hold with this store as I'm writing this. I'd you need to call them for anything, be prepared for no one answer the phone and/or you'll be hung up multiple times. I have two design projects going on now and I wish I went with Lowe's. There have been issues with charges and not being able to answer questions and it doesn't help if I go into the store either. I have wasted no less than 4 hours going into the store to get answers or attempting to call. I have multiple projects down the road (just bought a house) but I'll be going to Lowe's. And I was just hung on again while writing this (and this was my fourth time calling in the last 15 minutes). I can make this up. Lol.

The Carpet department is neither knowledgeable, nor do they tell you things out front. I would really steer away from buying carpet from them or any Flooring product. Customer service is not good.

Home Depot always has really good deals! I have recently decided I wanted to start growing some herbs and have been in search of a wooden planter box. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find one at a decent price, UNTIL I stumbled upon one at Home Depot. I liked the price and look so much I went back and got (2) more the next day!

This is not my usual go to Home Depot, I was passing by. . My review is mostly on the assistance I got from I think he was a manager name Jordan M. While shopping, he offer to help. He was very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. . Thank you Jordan, keep up the good work - Thanks again for the help.

Thanks to the gentlemen in the tool rental center dep I believe his name was Daniel, him and his partner in that department were great in helping my father get what he needed fast after having issues with the location in Kings canyon. Definitely will be returning great customer service. Thank you again! Very knowledgeable and understanding.

If you order something online for curbside pick up, don't expect to receive it. I ordered something late last night on sale for my job and the tool kit that I purchased they said they "" could not find so they refunded it and I will be out 3 to 5 business days of this job and tools that I need because they couldn't do their own job.

Home Depot is the place for all your home project needs, but make sure you have an idea of what you are going in for because help is not always around/available. We recently went to Home Depot to order an above range microwave. We got to the appliance department and a staff member was with a customer. We waited for a little and looked at the options we had. After about 10 minutes, I then asked a staff member in carpet/tile if there was someone who could help us in appliances (he was sitting, waiting for something to print) and he said, "hmm hold on" and proceeded to walk around the entire appliance area just to come back and tell us "the person in appliances is with a customer." Since we didn't know how long that was going to take (there is no take a number situation, or take a pager, or wait list so you can estimate when your turn to be helped is), we pulled up the information on the unit online. We found the unit and also decided to pull the trigger on the matching oven range. This allowed us to get free delivery directly to our home. We were able to select or decline the protection plan in our online order too. So after all, it really wasn't all the important for us to actually go into the store, since we did all the work ourselves. I know that's how a lot of things are now a days and I'm sure some folks prefer that. But I hope that the store realizes that they could be losing in store sales due to lack of customer service or even just a lack of a system to wait for customer service. We would have waited if we knew how long we were going to wait for. But without knowing how many people were ahead of us or how long they were going to take, that is hard.
