Went far past over and above in helping me with my tires and not being able to get the lug nuts off , they handled it with the extreme heat bearing down with no complaints just great work. Amazing guys!!!

I came in on Tuesday of last week. To get all four of my tires changed and paid for it upfront. You guys only changed three of my tires because you weren’t able to remove the Lugnuts on the fourth tire. You said I could attempt to do this at home and come back and get the tire replaced, but when I went home, I realized I had damage to my hubs and instead of accusing you guys of doing the damage I decided to deal with it myself. I did however need a refund on that fourth tire. So I called you guys this morning to see if I could get the refund for thefourth tire from you guys since you did not give me a modified receipt or any formal documentation stating that you had not in fact sold me that fourth tire. Your husband proceeded to get upset at me and kept interrupting me instead of treating me like the valued customer, he was supposed to . After trying to scam me by saying multiple things like,let me ask the person who sold you the tire when he was in fact, the person who sold me the tire, and asking me to give him a receipt that he never actually provided me on my workday m, instead of refunding me the tire you guys never replaced. I did have the original unmodified invoice showing I purchased four tires from you that I had to go look for on my lunch break so that I could get the refund because of your guys lacked proper documentation and an ability to take accountability for your actions. You also shorted me the $12 disposal fee for the tire that you never removed. You only gave me a refund for the purchase of the tire. I had to come in person and risk not getting a refund because I was not able to get a real answer on the phone. After attempting to scam me and shorting me a refund you still reply to my comment and said that it was untrue. This is bad business practice, and quite frankly criminal behavior. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau of Clovis and the to the California beau of automotive repair. the record I would have let a lot of this guy if you guys had not been so rude and attempted to call me a lier for rating your business accurately based on my experience. I also recorded that second call with your husband and I’m more then happy to post it along with an edited version of this post if your like.

this was my first time getting my tires replaced by myself and i don’t have much expertise but sabika and her husband were so kind and helped me out a lot. i was so amazed by how quick the service was. also got alignment done here and it was 10/10 my car drives so much smoother now. i’m really glad i chose to come here.

Very bad experience Went in to buy the first set of use tires but the guy put on a different set of tires out the door for me(the second Pic). They put on a different set of tires that not even the one I purchased. I didn't even realize until the next day when I actually look at the tires closely. I'm pretty sure they know what they are doing if they don't want to give me the set I bought for that price then just tell me don't have to change it to a different set and without say anything, kinda rip me off.

I was told $130 for everything for cheap new tire… total later i come to pay it’s $165 woman in front rude.. what now? Your forced to pay. service tech good and courteous.

100/10 would recommend, I came here for a new tire and I called ahead of time. They had the exact tire I needed and the cost was significantly lower than every other place I checked. There was no wait time and the service was completed extremely quickly. I was very comfortable in the waiting room and all the employees were respectful and kind, even going above and beyond to answer all my questions and making sure I knew what the situation with my vehicle was. I will definitely be coming here for all future needs.

I use to give this place tons of business but had a really bad experience there and probably won't be back. Went to get a tire plugged that had a nail in it. The owner and wife were always awesome but they hired another young guy that has a jeep and he was horrible. First off I got there and was trying to explain to him what I needed done which he was on his phone and kept getting things mixed up trying to multi task. Never once set his phone down continued talking on his phone even though I was trying to talk to him. Then instead of finding the correct size socket begain pounding the wrong size socket on my lug nuts. He completely striped out my lug nuts and I'll be lucky if I'm able to get them off now.

Best place to get alignment and tires. Friendly staff and really helpful. I only asked for the front to be aligned and they did the rear as well. 11/10 will be back again

Grate friendly service. I've never seen tiyers changed so fast. I will defently be going back here if I need more tiyers!!!Update: we have been going here for all our tire needs, same grate service and same grate people. Thus, service is hard to find these days. We will continue to go here

I authorize a tire repair but instead of a patch this they just put a plug on this $20 bucks just for a plug!
