Friendly service. Cost me over five bucks to have them print my 1 page pdf document though. Notary was only $15 at least.

If I wanted to fumble around with the Amazon Return Kiosk I would, 80% of the time I have tried to use the kiosk it does not work and the employee has to re do the entire return at the register…..
SO STOP directing people to that when there is ZERO people in the store.
Also, the people need to stop narrating everything they are doing, just scan the QR code and get the task done.
So much time is wasted with talking that the line backs up..
Let's also bring up the issue of employees opening sealed amazon packages because they claim "No box, no label" so they open the box… WHY? What makes it worse is I had a guy remove the item… put it in another package then had the audacity to tell to take the box home and throw it away…
Spoke to amazon about this, they said if you return it with the QR code and it is sealed there is no reason for them to open it. The "NO box No label" is not a hard and fast policy PER AMAZON…
The Herndon and Fowler UPS store has WAY better service, Faster and more efficient transactions and they don't have employee bumbleF-ing around making a trans action last far longer than it has too.

Every time i have gone to this store its clean and employees are so welcoming and nice they toke care of my items i was sending out i went in today to send out some items and one employee name sandra helped me out alot i was so thankful she did i had a good experience going in today and all the other times i have gone in
