By far, this has been the best service I have had at T-Mobile this girl named JASMINE . She is beyond amazing with her customer service. She help me set up my parental control for my 12 year old cell phone, Left the store with a new phone set up an all . She has exceptional customer service. T-Mobile she is a great assets to your company hope the acknowledge het work ethics !

Absolute worst service of my life every single iPhone that I’ve purchased from them has had an issue and not only that I pay almost $250. Actually, I pay over $250 for service that gives me one bar in my own house, where I can’t even send text messages or answer phone calls, 90% of the time Literally the worst service I’ve ever owned. I came in wanting a breakdown of my bill and was put with an employee named Jake who seems very frustrated right from the beginning about answering our questions. I don't understand how or why we upset him due to how simple our questions were. I want to emphasize how simple the questions were. Nonetheless I would expect better customer service from a mobile expert who's been working with the company for seven years. My question was answered in the end but was left with a nasty feeling leaving the store due to his attitude. He seemed to immediately get defensive when I told him I came from another store. I wasn't there to get any trouble. I wasn't there to change anything. I just wanted a professional to answer my questions and I did not receive that.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a T-Mobile store ever. When I walked in I had already expressed I was having a very bad day. I had difficulties trying to activate my esim for my new iPhone and I had no luck doing so at all the other locations I’d went to. When I explained what was going on Kurt and Josie were very understanding and empathetic. Kurt sat down with me and helped me set everything up step by step. I highly recommend this location. I felt welcomed and kindness walking through that door.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over five years. I was surprised to see the low negative ratings for this store. I have been to the store several times for various reasons but have always found the employees friendly, helpful, accommodating, and kind. I feel like a valued customer when I go there because they welcome and acknowledge you when you step into the store even when they are busy with customers. There was one time I had to wait an extended amount of time because the store was busy but I was assisted way sooner than they projected. I didn't mind waiting because they take time with every customer. They are patient and answer all your questions thoroughly and clearly. I bought some new phones so I called the store beforehand and I spoke to Trevor, the store manager, about coming in to set up my new phones. I called at 930 am and he answered the phone even though the store doesn't open until 10 am! I like to set up things up on my own so he patiently explained what I needed to do to transfer my data from my old phones to my new ones. I had 3 new phones for the family so I was able to transfer all the data which minimized my time in the store. It worked out great. When I went into the store yesterday to turn in my old phones, I had a minimal wait and Liana assisted me. She provided me with great customer service. She took her time with me and answered all the questions that I had. She was friendly, personable, kind, and helpful. Although she wasn't making a sales commission on my transaction, she made me feel like a valued customer. I truly appreciated her kindness, work ethic, and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend, Liana, Trevor, and this T-Mobile store in Clovis. It was a wonderful experience.

Had a great experience at this store Liana was professional and helpful. She had a lot of knowledge the phones and how t-mobile works. She went above and beyond to help me add another phone and service to my account. This is the kind of service you want to receive from a business. She has great potential to be a leader. Definitely will be returning to this location to do business thanks to her

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Brought in a new phone and received great help transferring everything over and getting the phone set up. The manager was great and spent the time needed to make sure everything transferred and worked properly before I left.

Normally going to T-Mobile for anything is an hour-long ordeal, but this trip was quick and smooth despite the number of other patrons waiting for service.
