There were three lanes: member, member and cashier. I got into the line for cashier. It was a very long line. Employee Lacy proced to call people coming in from the back of the line to the member line that were not members. After about the 10th car to go ahead of me (that just came in) I asked her why she was pulling cars from the back of the line instead of cars that have been waiting longer. She replied it was the easiest way to move cars. I replied it was bad customer service. She then said I'm not going to talk to you if your going to be rude and walked away. I still think this was a poor choice way to treat the people waiting in the "correct lane". Maybe some training for her on customer service. It's better to be understanding when a customer tries to voice a concern vs getting defensive.

They have a young crew, so I'll be modest. I did subscribe to the highest package, and when I get my car washed, it continuously tells me that I only received the epic wash. That's about a $15- $20 difference in service. Why am I paying $40 to receive a lower package??

What happened to the self pay? This new system is slowing everything down and causing way too much stress on staff and customers!! Poor employee today was yelled at and treated badly because of management’s dumb decision to replace the self pay system with attendant pay!! Put back the old style and cut your staff a break. Not to mention your customers who now have to wait. Maybe time to go to Red Carpet again.

1st time I went to Surf thru Express Car Wash I was so happy with how clean my car was after. I went again about a week ago and to my surprise and DISAPPOINTMENT they no longer brush your car before going through. As a result my car was still FILTHY WITH DIRT & SAP after the wash was done. I was seriously thinking about getting a membership before this last visit even though I live over an hour away. Now there is no way I will ever go back ( unless they decide to brush the car again) because my car did not get clean! So freakin disappointed!

I asked if they can be brushless. I was assured yes. I pulled up and a gal with an hose asked if she could squirt the car off. I said sure, just ni brushes. She put me through the tunnel and no brushes were turned off. I was very upset as I was told never to use the brushes on my ceramic coating. I would have gone back to complain but I was traveling and lacked the time. Someone did not comprehend the question or someone forgot to turn off the brushes.

Great fast wash but need to go a couple rounds. Still about the same but it's better than me having to do it. Plus your first month is only 1/2 the price when you buy the Ultimate package .

Lately they put very little water and leave all the soap in the cars and never clean the tires properly.

$25 went through twice and still bugs on windshield and bumper. No people with brushes. We need to boycott all car washes like these. To expensive and they ruin your clear coat. Never again!

Dear surf thru express car wash the reason why you get two stars because you new power wash sticks and not really good. You guys use to have really good power wash and use brush and not anymore. Stop changing the price for car wash and that’s all I have to say!

Their subscription is very reasonable and let's you skip the line. The equipment is always well taken care of and the staff is helpful. There is a clean bathroom as well.

Used to get a decent car wash for $10, now it's $11 and they no longer brush the windshield or windows. Absolute waste of money now. I won't return. Car is almost as dirty as it was before the wash. A little spray of "foam" doesn't cut it.

I have a monthly pass and usually they do a good job. On this trip my car wasn't left clean. I should have run through a second time. I had to fully wipe the car down to make it look clean. Maybe it was this location because usually my car comes out clean.
