I had been here before and the service was decent. I ran in yesterday (6/4) to get a quick pedicure.. I only had 40 minutes before an appointment. They said they could fit me in. The nail tech didn’t seem to rush because standard pedicure fits in that time frame just fine. I did have a hang nail on the side of my big toe so it felt that way before I went in. It seems the hang nail was removed leaving an open wound which has now resulted in a bad infection. I also have a small toe infected on my other foot. I’m unsure how sanitary the bowl or tools were that were used but I do know some kinda of oil or lotion was rubbed on my feet after. No alcohol or anything to treat wound was put on during pedicure. I didn’t think anything of it until I woke up this morning with a bright red throbbing toe. Unfortunately, I will not return here. If it’s not better in another day I will go to doctor for medication.

Had to come to urgent care because it is very painful and infected.
Ended up spending 3 hours at urgent care to get an antibiotic prescribed and for the doctor to tell me to take the gel polish off. I will never get my feet done at any salon again, what a nightmare.

We desperately needed a manicure and Spring Spa was able to accommodate us as walk-ins within one hour. There were three of us in our party, one of whom wanted gel nails. She was very pleased with the results. The gentleman who did my husband's nails was the best.

The moment I walked in here, I was immediately greeted and sat down and given a recommendation for a cute set of nails. The staff here are literally so sweet and kind and love to start conversations. The best part about me going to this nail shop was probably the quality of the nails that I got, it felt so comfortable and was neat.

Horrible pedicure I will not be coming back. Scrub and massage were maybe 2 minutes total it was not relaxing at all. Also be cautious they DO NOT clean the pedicure bowls under the plastic liner they just put a new one on top of the dirty bowl that is covered in someone else’s nasty pedicure water!

i went in here to get a full set of plain nails & he charged me $90 dollar he said he was the owner I got there around 6pm & he didn't finish my nails till 9:30pm !! after hrs I was still there ! he didn't know what he was doing with my nails , he kept messing up ripped off 2 of my nails because he couldn't get the shape right or even !! worse experience ever ! i will never go back

I go there as service is great. There shop does not smell like chemicals which is nice. Prices are reasonable

Amazing customer service! Eric welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door. He offered my boyfriend a seat at the pedicure/massage chair while he waited. Sandy did a great job with my gel manicure. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Spring nails for a long time. The work they do is pretty great but the pricing makes no sense. I just left after paying 60 dollars to get my nails dipped. They charged to file my nails! Charged to remove the dip they did two weeks ago and then charged for the actual dipping. Mind you i have no tips. I understand if i had gotten my nails done elsewhere. But there is literally no way they can do my nails unless they remove the dip. And charging to file a mail is just beyond. I have been fine with the COVID price increases. But i draw the line at being charged 5 dollars to file a natural nail.
