If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT go here. I had the worst haircut in my life here. Told the lady I wanted only a couple inches off and more layers. We agreed to not go too short and she cut off more than 5 inches!! She did not listen at all. When I got home, I looked at the layers closer and they were all stringy! She didn’t blend the layers!! Save your time and money. Don’t bother going there. They don’t listen to what you want but rather do whatever they want.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Do NOT go here. I have not experienced a horrible haircut until now. The lady that cut my hair was Laotian. I asked to not cut a lot of my hair and for a bit more layers. She cut more than 5 inches of my hair off!! After returning home, I noticed that the layers are extremely stringy and not blended at all! They don't listen to what you want but rather do whatever they want. I will not be returning.

My whole family has been going here for the last several years. Everyone is super friendly and they always give great service and cuts. There is turnover with staff so I can only assume the bad reviews are around staff that is no longer there. Highly recommend this salon!

The place is not that good. I don't really suggest this, the haircutters are nice but it's just that when they cut your hair they do it how they want it, even if you show references and such they dismiss it and do what they think would be better (in my personal experiances, turned for the worst. I was basically ruined for a year because one of them had cut it super short, not like what I asked for.) They also style it to their liking, not how you would like it. The haircuts are honestly below average, considering how it also made my hair a little uneven and cut poorly. I also had my hair straightened here, and they damaged my hair super bad. It was super frizzy and poofy. To be honest, the only good thing about my experiances here were the hair washing. It was relaxing.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Got my hair cut by Chi and she did an amazing job! I asked long face framing layer and curtain bangs and showed her a video of what I wanted and my hair turned out exactly like what I showed her! Love my new hair!

I have 3 friends that have gone here and just love it, and love the prices also, being new to the area I finally found it!! Went in for hair cut long layered blonde lots of Grey streaks at front, person had time to do color, person was very kind, entire shop had a kind vibe, cut my hair nicely, a different look so I liked it, the color. Salon needs better lighting do not like the color, was surprised after I was quite clear I hated red and it's dark auburn can't wait for the Grey to come in will be horrendous. Over heard person ask does she like it? Really? 105.00 left tip 20.00 was looking for a place I could call home for hair. Guess not, a good stylist should make contact about next visit. Repeat customers not needed. It's too bad very good stylist here, but no I won't be back.Services: Hairstyling

AVOID, I watched a stylest apply bleach right up to a ladies scalp. She did listen to her client. I really think that these people may not have a valid lic. as they are not on display.

I went in there to have my hair done by Chi. Showed her pictures of the color that I wanted along with a haircuts. Wife sitting there I asked her why this color was so dark and she said it will be just fine. However it wasn't. Went back the next day and she said she would fix it. Now it is a brassy color. Asked for my money back and was told since I said it was OK, they will not refund my money. I mentioned to her that I had said that the day before also that it was OK. So I'm not sure what the problem is. She called me a liar and said I didn't say any of those things to her. Which is not true. Now going to get a hold of the owner and see what she can do. Not happy at all as now I have to have it done by another salon. Which means more money

the worst place ever, 0 customer service, they don't cut what you ask and then act offended when it's clearly not right, I hope against hope a pig falls from the sky and puts this place out of business

I want to give this 0 stars but it's not a possibility. I went in to get my eyebrows done and they burned me with the wax and tore off my skin. She put it on my eyebrows and when she went to tear it off she was like "oh this is too sticky" and proceeds to continuously go back and rip off the excess, sticky wax with the paper. She knows it's not right but proceeds to use it on my other eye too, going back and tearing at my skin. Right afterwards she didn't show me with a mirror or anything and rushes me over to the counter to pay. I knew something was wrong because my eyes aren't usually stinging afterwards. I woke up the next morning and saw the scabs under my eyebrows. Pictures are from a day later.

I would like to give zero stars however I am required to give one. I called earlier in the week to book an appointment for today at 200. When I arrived I let the woman behind the counter know I had an appointment. She responded with you don't have an appointment. I could see on the calendar where my request had been written, she rolled her eyes and asked the hairstylist behind her if there were any appointments for today. The woman behind her confirmed and said she'd be with me soon. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes before leaving. While searching for other options on a Sunday, every single option had better customer service. Go anywhere else.

This place can not do fades. If you're looking for color or female style hair or simple haircuts for men then this the place for you. If you want a fade, they can't do it right. I can't speak on all the team here but 2 haircuts from this place has been horrendous. First haircut by a lady screwed my hair up. Last haircut last week with the new guy with dreads, great guy; however he can't fade for sh!t. First my fade was higher in 1 side. He adjusted. Normally they show you the back this guy didn't. Got out to my car and my wife said they f up your hair. She takes a picture from the back of head and shows uneven fading and a low fade. I hate going outside my norm.

Every time there’s a new person to try their hands on you . They ll change your hair color , hair cut according to themselves and still ask you confidently if it’s okay . They ll also blow dry your hair and ask for extra 10$ . No body minds paying but only if one is fully satisfied.
