There's this cute brown guy that works there that always offers me cookies. Is he flirting or is that his job? Don't know. Wish it was the latter. Anyways, I go here all the time for energy drinks *with a straw*. They're always cold and refreshing. Never had a bad experience here. I miss the other cashier, Alicia, though.

Edit: went from 5 to 1 star! Think they changed ownership as lots of new people. Burritos not as good as they used to be. Arsenios is my new to go place for breakfast burritos!

I just had the most horrible experience at this store. I came in to purchase mega million tickets. I marked three tickets with my own numbers and marked QP for the last two on the form. When I went to the register the cashier told me it wasn't working and that I needed to select six numbers in addition to the Mega number. I went back and read the back of the form where it clearly stated I needed to mark only 5. I got back in a long line and this time when I got up there, the other cashier said it wasn't working because i marked QP and the computer wanted me to choose numbers and to try another form without selecting QP. So I went back and filled out a new form. Since it was my 3rd time attempting to buy my tickets, I walked up to a man (dark, greasy hair, about 5'8") who I assumed was the manager to see if he could help. Now there was only one line open and it was wrapped around the corner. The manager/owner (not really sure who he was because he refused to give his name) was at the other register so I walked up there and he immediately told me he was not open. I told him it was my 3rd time trying to purchase tickets so he sighed and told me to hold on. I waited patiently for him to finish what he was doing and he eventually ran my ticket successfully this time. While paying with my debit card, the man made a comment to another employee that he was tired of the lottery and these "stupid people". I was completely shocked and repeated his comment. "Stupid people"? He looked at me and smirked, then said "you're card isn't working. You must have done something wrong again."I was in shock as I attempted to pay with my debit again, only to show declined a 2nd time. He told me to give him his tickets back. Oh my God! I couldn't believe how rude I was being treated by this man. I asked him why he was being such an a******* He said, "you're blaming my employees when you don't know what you're doing and you're the one cussing at me." I know I shouldn't have used the word a****** but I was so upset at how I was being treated and that is exactly how he was acting. I asked for his name but he wouldn't give it to me. Thankfully the nice older gentlemen came and helped me. I paid cash and left in complete awe of what had just happened. I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. When I got in my car I received a text from my bank saying my card was denied for consumer control. I'm not sure but I think he was hitting a button on his end because there was no issue with my card. I should add that this same man was attempting to help an older couple with their ticket while I attempted to pay the first time. He was rude to them and they left without a resolution to their ticket that couldn't be read. I should have known better. I will never set foot in that store again!

They've always had good burritos but the last time we went in to order a tri tip burrito for lunch. They refused to make any fresh food and would only sell already made sandwiches. Disappointed their customer service has gone downhill..

There is an old Mexican woman, Alicia, who is very rude. She should NOT be working in the customer service industry. Always makes people feel like we are imposing on HER space. Once, I wanted to preorder 50 burritos as a treat for my employees. It was going to be weeks in advance, but she told me “You’ll have to order them the day you want them, and hopefully we’ll be able to make them for you. No guarantee” What?!? What kind of response is that? I used to give this place so much business, from gas for my company vehicles, lunch for small groups, and other goods from their shelves. Now I don’t set foot in there.

Ordered breakfast and the man behind the counter complained that we ordered too many burritos and said "you will be pushed to the back of the line and if you wanted a bunch of burritos, you should have gone somewhere else"..... He was incredibly rude to well paying customers!

The staff is so rude and unprofessional! They refuse to sell alcohol to adults with a valid ID! Maybe if they weren't so cheap, they could afford to buy a machine to scan for fake ID's since they are so worried about selling to minors. Most of there beer is expired anyway. It's sad that Albert let his employees and family members that work there run his business and reputation into the ground. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Somewhere you'll be valued as a customer an appreciated!

The guy behind the counter refused to sell me alcohol without scanning my ID. I'm 29 years old. I get carded often, but I don't let cashiers scan my ID. I request they enter my birth date manually, like was done in the old days. When you scan an ID, every piece of information on the front, height, weight, hair color, eye color, birthdate, address, driver license number, comes up, and I have no way of knowing if this store is going to hold onto that information or not. I view it as an invasion of privacy. No other establishment I've been to has ever denied me service for simply requesting my birthdate be entered manually. There is a reason this place has 3 stars.

Absolute best breakfast burritos in town. The best gas station convenience store in town.

I was not allowed to purchase alcohol because my only form of ID was my passport. The lady was very rude and said that that was their policy. Last I checked, a passport is a form of ID used worldwide. This place has always been extremely rude and disrespectful to all of their customers. Do not recommend.

Wouldn’t let me buy beer because I had an out of state license despite it having a hologram and everything. Ironically I’m almost thirty and that same day I got through TSA with that same ID. They took the beer out of my hands like I was a teenager trying to buy it. Embarrassing for your company.
