The price on the sign doesn’t match the price at the pump!The price advertised on the street sign is the same as all the competing gas stations nearby, but the price on the pump is actually 40 cents higher!!! As soon as you drive into the property there’s a sign that says you need to buy a car wash to get the 40 cent discount. What a bait and switch scam! Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible service. I purchased a car wash with gas and tried to get the wash before 6. As I pulled up, the car wash attendant told me they're closed. Again, this is before their closing time. I went in and the clerk would not help. I don't live here and can't redeem the wash within 30 days. He kept telling me to just come back. I can't.

The folks that operate this Shell station are awesome. My daughter's car broke down last night as she made it to the gas station. It was too late to get a mechanic, and she couldn't get a tow until today. I was assured that everything was fine, not to worry about the car being parked on the property until the tow truck came. I was treated with friendly respect. This station felt like an old fashioned one from my childhood, like part of a community. We need more customer service like this. Thank you to the folks at the Shell station on Willow Ave. in Clovis.

Convenient location. Carwash and gas pumps are decent. If you buy lottery or other products, just check for accuracy.

THIEVES!!!!I went to get my car washed yesterday and my Star Wars Porg that I got from Disneyland was stolen out of my car. I asked to speak to the manager and they all just shrugged their shoulders and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. There where two guys working on my car and I'm pretty sure I know which one stole it. They of course denied everything. I'll never go back there and will be sure to tell all my friends. I'm so mad!!!!

My car was not clean after they "washed" it. Before I left, I had to ask one of the guys to borrow his towel so that I could clean the inside myself. I got to my next stop & realized that there was a scratch & dent on my driver side door that definitely was not there before. I called & they said to bring it back so that they could assist me with it. I returned & the supervisor was really nice. She said that maybe it happened when they were washing it in the tunnel. She also let me know that the manager wasn't there at the moment but the following day they will watch the cameras to see what happened & then give me a call. It has been a week now and they still have not called. I will never go back there & I do not recommend it to anyone else.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else. Dint waste your money. Leave wet cars in the sun to dry with spots, After multiple times asked not to leave cars in the sun. The new "supervisor Rydy" completely ignored our concerns. Then walked around talking and laughing never touching our car. After 45 min we left with an unfinished car.

DONT COME HERE! worst car wash ever it was ridiculous. then they wouldn't let us use the vaccumes. it was a mess. The customer service was so rude and not willing to help. I wish i could give them a zero star .

This is the best car wash in town. They really take the time. Open my trunk and clean that area. Extra wash for the bugs on my car after a long drive. Clean my cup holders and the interior so it is spotless. All for $20!!!! Bargain!!!!

The girl that helped me was rude and very short with me then they threw away my air fresheners I had under the seats but left a couple items of trash sitting right on the seat they did a half a** job vacuuming and overall cleaning of the car. I didn't tip it was my first and last time going here.
