“I have two units there! A food truck and a container! I must say that the management there is top notch! Always meticulous, clean and more importantly safe! The gentleman there, Steve, always goes in length to explain the details especially about safety and follow through with you about them! Because I have a food truck, I did need some accommodations and Steve was happy to accommodate me even though he did not have to!
Their new containers are the best at Derrel's because no dust can come inside the units! My appliances can go terribly bad if dust gets collected there but with those new units it is almost impossible to get dust in there! Which is the reason why I transferred my equipment from one Derrel's storage to this one since the other unit did not have a dust proof container!

“The past 25 yrs I've stored Rv, Boats and a few cars at different Derrels Mini Storage Locations.Today at the north Willow location was far more the best renting experience ever.Brett took the time to show me the space I rented and the direction of travel to Park my 36ft RV. “Great experience with Laura during our search for a 10x20 unit, and even better experience once we made it onsite to reserve it and get signed-up! The unit was clean and ready for us to move our stuff into. The only reason it's not 5-star is because there's NO onsite bathroom for the customers, only a port-o-potty, and though clean, the INTENSE heat inside while trying to use it was nearly enough to make us pass out (akin to being in a sauna with your clothes on)... quite UNBEARABLE! There should be NO REASON not to have a proper bathroom for customer use!Note: We were told the port-o-potty is cleaned every Thursday and we arrived on a Thursday afternoon.”

“I needed last minute storage , was lucky enough there was a vacancy for the space I needed . Fred and Tammy were a pleasure to work with , the process was quick, the pricing was right . I received my keys same day , the facility is very nice and clean , huge double door stalls is a bonus. I can’t stress enough the importance good customer service and cleanliness & this facility check marks both of these & more .
