After numerous callouts to fix my icemaker he was the one who found the ice on back of frig and said this was not good and he would write it up and putting in the new parts wont fix the problem.

I would give one star if I could. This is the 2nd time for a no show. I have been waiting 4 hours today & finally received a text they have arrived 4:59pm. Excuse me I’m here and no one is at my door. Such a total inconvenience!! Sears get your act together! Have real people answer your phones! Such a waste of my time now have to find someone else as your obviously unreliable!

He can discover what is going on with my fridge and also solve the problem. Even go over the warranty that should cover and not cover. Tell us which part need to buy for some of the part that the warranty is not cover.

Tech was on time, polite, did the job quickly. Tech gets 5 stars. Service Management that controls pricing gets one star.
The price was outrageous! $300 for less than 15 minutes work. The part was $140.
I will never use Sears Service again because of price.

Technicians were professional and polite.
However, the quality of service provided by Sears setting up appointments is abysmal! I have never experienced worse service.
