Unfortunately have had to buy 2 brand new cars from them. The service here is worse and worse with each experience. The employees are rude and slow moving. They are unwilling to be helpful beyond selling you a car. I will never buy a car here again, I can’t wait to not have to be serviced here.

I purchased my Highlander brand new at Clovis Toyota in 2017. All services have only ever been performed there. No other mechanic has touched the car. Including tires and a tow hitch. I purchased tires two years ago. They had less than 30k miles on them. I got a flat and the tow truck driver discovered my tires were worn evenly on the insides. However the car never showed signs of a poor alignment. Which is normal for inside wearing of the tire. Toyota if Clovis had marked the tires green for every single service prior. The manager agreed to a complimentary alignment. I had to buy all new tires as all were worn. I spent $1,200 on four new tires after being told the tires were green for the last services. The Highlander had just been there two weeks prior to the flat. Had the tow truck driver not noticed the wear I could have had a blowout at any time. Some of the tires were close to wire. I have lost all faith that all of the maintenance I have paid for was actually done. The tires were obviously worn and the mechanics failed to bother to check. Costing me $1,200 without any notice that could have been easily seen. I messaged and received no response from them. The free alignment in no way was enough compensation for their complete negligence.

Beyond satisfied with our experience here at Toyota of Clovis. The dealership is well kept, nicely cleaned.. and the staff are very friendly. Before our appointment they sent us a quick video of the van we were going to check out. As soon as we got there someone was ready to help us out. The whole process was smooth and easy. We left home with our new van with a full tank!
Highly recommend Josue. He speaks both English and Spanish fluently. He is very helpful and answered all our questions.

Not sure of the guy we spoke to he didn’t introduce himself. He didn’t seem interested in us or didn’t offer any brochures. He didn’t offer for us to come inside but it was nice the older gentlemen did. He pretty much just walked away while we looked at a car. Mind you the car battery was dead and I had to unlock it. Manually from inside. I wasn’t able to look inside the trunk. The guy pretty much said he didn’t have anything we were looking for.

Had a great experience here purchasing a new car. Thai was our sales person and he was laid-back, helpful, and had all the information we needed. The dealership was organized, clean, and staffed well for a Sunday morning so our entire transaction took a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely purchase another car here.

Non negotiating. However prices are reasonable. If u buy used cars there remember if the car is over 50k mileage there are no warranties unless u buy it which can be expensive for limited miles. I'm from CA and I believe there is a 30 day or 1000 mile law in place for used cars. I know its not toyotas responsibility to inform me of this but when i ask about warranties i was told because the used car i bought was over 50k miles there was no warranty and i would have to purchase warranty. Wish toyota would have advise me of this (the Lemon Law) which I found out from family later on but by that time it was too late to report any issues to toyota. Make sure to do your homework.
