Last couple of times, this short young mexican girl has cashed me out. I am clueless to her problem. "Definitely" Needs an attitude adjustment. Extremely, passive and rude towards customers. Though the first was a bad day..but this is a repetitive encounter.

I always have an amazing experience at this thrift store, but today was exceptionally great. Thank you, Steven, for going above and beyond with me and every single customer I saw you interact with. The Salvation Army is lucky to have such a caring and enthusiastic employee working for them. Keep up the excellent work!

This store has really gone downhill. The customer service is non-existent, and the workers are rude. The prices are pretty outrageous. It's definitely not fun or worth coming here anymore.

Terrible service. I asked a worker if he had any idea what the price of an item was, and he’s talking smack when I’m walking off I guess cause he was too shy to say it to my face. Also, another worker named Tamara speaks so low I couldn’t hear when she said our card declined. I barely heard when she said the word “declined” so I looked at her clueless. As soon as we walked out all I could hear her say is that we’re “stealing those items”. It was very embarrassing saying that when she could’ve spoke up at first and said our card declined but she said it after we came back and paid for the items. Next time please hire workers that aren’t shy and know how to speak to customers. :)

I have been a long time customer with this store. About a year ago, I quit coming to this Clovis location because the store was always a mess and the employees/managers would just stand around and talk. Recently, I came back in & what a difference! Store looks great, employees working and looks like there are different managers then I remember. I spoke with one named Cortney and she was very helpful and polite. The cashier was professional too. I think her name was Jessica. Good to see the changes being made!

Came in today Nov. 18th and need to give recognition to Steven.. He was so friendly and had such a nice smile to each Customer. His Customer Service was extremely good and it's very hard to find that these day's. Keep up the great work!

I was looking for winter coats for a local coat drive and found a couple at this Salvation Army Thrift Store. Good prices, lots of clothing and there was a nice girl working at the register.

The prices is too high for it being use clothes and item. Some places are slightly used these item be worn out, not to be mean I understand this is a place for people in need and can't afford expensive clothing but the prices should represent that.

Store doesn't go allow returns and dressing rooms are closed headquarter of the way through 2023 I would not recommend

The staff here is very rude and from a customer experience I've seen the management not respect employees. I usually am not bothered by staff or let alone take the time of the day to write a review. I have been to the store multiple times and have not experienced a welcoming experience. The positive is that you can find good stuff here you just have to really look.
