Shopper had Multiple Sclerosis, leg shaking and about to fall, yet they did not open a register. The store manager was even at the front, still no help and another register not opened until 6 more people in line. No ADA standards.

Best bargains ever!! I like shopping here bcz you never know what you need until you see it at Ross. They have such if variety and there things are inexpensive but not cheap.
