I walked in on a slow weekday. An older lady walked from the back of the store towards me because she heard the door open. There were no other customers in the store. She looked at me and walked by without acknowledging me. It was clear that she worked there. I then started to look through some clothes with my back turned feeling uncomfortable and unwanted.Then the door opened again and the same older lady said cheerfully, “Hello, welcome!”I looked behind me and this customer didn’t look like me. Her skin was lighter and she had blond hair. I immediately walked out.Reading through their reviews, I’m not the only customer who felt this way.I love supporting small and local businesses but not when they treat people differently because of the color of their skin. I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone about the horrible experience I had here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

So incredibly rude. Unwelcoming. They do not want customers. Don't go here. Spend your money elsewhere. I emailed the owner with what happened, but zero response. Owner does not care that her staff is RUDE and will physically touch customers.

I just love the selection here. I found some perfect Kut jeans. Great clothes, candles, bath supplies, and jewelry. I picked up some camp drinks in a jar to make at home too! The ladies there are so friendly! I definitely recommend.

Can’t comfortably shop without someone staring or following you around. Specifically a young Hispanic girl who was incredibly rude…. Can’t say I had a problem with any other employee to be fair

Clothes are really cute but often quiet expensive or they don't have my size. Customer service is always a hit or miss. Sometimes I get helped by the sweetest person or I get the cold shoulder and the attendants are more interested in talking to eachother than me.

The workers are such kind, lovely people and have great taste in decor and clothing/accessories! The cashier was super sweet and helpful to us. It’s smells and looks lovely in this store. Beautiful!!

Love love love! Best boutique in town! Every time I come here everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love the atmosphere and how quick all the employees are to ask if we need help. I definitely recommend coming here they have so many options of clothing for all kinds of occasions :)

I really want to like this store. It is the best clothing boutique in town in terms of selection and prices but the staff is not very welcoming and it's been like this for years. I have to first say that I made it a point to look at their reviews first to see if, "maybe it's just me", and I didn't want to give a mediocre review if it wasn't warranted but clearly there are other ladies who have felt the same. I keep going back to give it another try but it has never really changed. Last time I went in, the employee looked right at me and didn't say a word. It seems like they are only friendly to people they know. Just a welcoming greeting would suffice for me and that seems to be very selective. There was one time that I felt welcomed and it was because there was a nice new employee that was helping me, I believe it was Makenna (young blonde). I'm hoping she still keeps up that energy.

I love this store! Such a fun variety of merchandise from whimsical to elegant. Very on trend. The employees were super friendly and helpful. I find something I love every visit.

I have a similar review to reviews on yelp. I’ve Been trying to avoid posting this review in hopes that there would be some positive changes. Every time I shop here it is clear that I am Definitely being singled out. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here and no matter what a loyal customer I’ve been, I continue to be stared at, followed, and treated with a very fake and insincere tone. Particularly by the older women working Monday-midweek. It's unfortunate because I really like the owner and the store was a great addition to clovis. I also do interior design projects, so I will be turning away business here and will no longer be giving my money to this place.

This is always on my list of stops whenever I visit Old Town Clovis. This shop has it all—lots of clothes + denim, really nicely curated homeware and my favorite of all, candles! Their customer service is always phenomenal as well, I always appreciate them choosing things that suit my style + body type vs. just suggesting anything.

I absolutely love this boutique!! They have such a wide selection of items from trendy clothes and accessories to home decor. This is my go to spot whenever my wardrobe is needing a refresh and their staff is always so helpful and nice. This is my favorite local boutique for sure.
