I am member for 10 years and I was observing these two workers for a month, I come at all different times and these two employees are going hard at it and with such craftsmanship, professionalism, dedication, as well as the desire for perfection in their duties!!! Not only on my vehicle but on others, and that’s impressive!!! I am recommending these two employees for employees of the MONTH ASAP!! I could get their last names because I wanted to surprise them!! But the two AWESOME GUYS ARE ARTURO and JESSE ????????And if don’t get it,,,,, I will be SHOUTING THEIR NAMES UNTIL THEY GET IT!!!!

We have a Great Pyrenees and he sheds a lot. They worked hard at getting all his fur out of the carpet. They definitely have stepped up since I've last visited.

I have been going to this car wash for many years and they have always done a great job. I do wish to single out one individual who has been working there for a very long time. His name is Chris, he is the young man we see when we first pull in.He is ALWAYS so personable and friendly and I always appreciate how he makes sure to write down everything I ask for. Fantastic employee. Please don’t ever lose him.

I went in on 7/30 to get my company vehicle washed and I did not expect them to clean the vehicle as much as they did. Jose R did an amazing job and even asked to rewash the car because there were still bugs on the car. He cleaned out the whole car and did it in a good amount of time. In the future, if I need a car wash for my personal vehicle or company vehicle I will definitely come here. Thank you for your amazing work!

Still mudd up under, but visible, very visible! The customer service lady wasn't pleasant at all.
It was an awful outcome....

Extremely annoyed. I come here all the time, I’m pretty attentive. I was wondering why they hadn’t waived their towel signaling they were done like they normally do. Figured they were short staffed or attending to something else real quick. Waited patiently, almost 30 min later turns out they had been done and had called it. Even if they did call it, a simple “hey who’s Toyota is this?” on the intercom would’ve been nice. Like I said I’m attentive, the last thing I want to do is just hang out at a car wash.

Red Carpet has been my go-to weekly car wash for several years simply because their locations are convenient, & last year I signed up for the monthly auto-charged membership. Last week someone totaled my car & in the whirlwind aftermath I forgot to cancel the membership. It charged yesterday & I immediately went to the website to cancel. In the reason for cancellation I said the car is totaled & if possible can I be reimbursed for the month that had just charged. I assumed no one looked at these but less than thirty minutes later I received a reimbursement email! Thank you, Red Carpet!

I consistently get great service from the time I drive in to the time I drive away. Best of all the last time I went Christopher cleaned out my car at the end and did an extra good job on it. Thank you so much. I appreciate it and I will be back.

When getting a car wash an employee took out my floor mats to vacuum. My mats have a locking mechanism to keep them in place and the employee didn’t unlock them before removing them. Instead they were ripped out, damaging the mats. I went back a week later to notify Red Carpet and spoke with the Supervisor Jesse. He was really nice and helpful. He took pictures and wrote down my info to pass onto the manager (Geno). Jesse let me know that they will review the cameras and Geno would be giving ma call. I received a phone call from Geno about a day or two later. Geno said they will be buying me new mats to make it right. A week after that Geno called me back to let me know they have the new mats in hand. I went to pick them up and they were identical to the mats that were damaged with the Acura logo on them. I was extremely happy with the way the situation was handled by Jesse and Geno. I didn’t have to complain or go back and forth to find a solution. It was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you Gentleman!

Horrible job. Paid for the 'Best' wash but it was hardly cleaned, and it still took an hour! The backs of the seats weren't wiped down, my trunk wasn't vacuumed, and there was still hand prints on the glass. I suggest going somewhere else.

Took my new car for a car wash at the Clovis location and wished I listened to my wife when she said let's wash it at home. What a waste of time and money at least money can be replaced but time will never be replaced. Management at headquarter also was no help and complaining to them about poor service is like blowing air in a vacuum.

That's my car wash to go to. They have excellent service and customer service! They take very good of you and are very polite. I really respect the crew who do the hard work. Through summer and the heat. I give them props because the crew is what makes it happen for me to come back!
